Only had one beer all day. Was too hot, little shade and needed to remember the day

 

Was up at 230am Saturday to fly from EMA and up at 4am (after a full day on the piss in Rome) to get to the first tee. Been a long couple of days

 

I did photo bomb someone by the colosseum who was clearly having photos taken for Instagram though

I was doing a bit of tiling and finishing off the bathroom renovation on Sunday.

 

Don't worry, I didn't miss any of the golf.

 

In honour of him earning the half point that guaranteed us regaining the Ryder Cup, our bathroom is now known as 'The Fleetwood Suite'

They're fantastic irons, couldn't be more happy with them. Look brilliant, feel really good, consistent and long.

 

I got this brand new set, 5-PW, a year ago, brand new for £499!

 

I think they're the 2018 model?

 

No point spending a fortune on the latest set.

 

They've recently released a new range, so you'll get the 2019 or 2021 set at decent discount now.

 

The P770's are worth a look too, depending on how you play. They're less forgiving, but have more workability.

Bril. Yeah I asked as the reviews for the latest ones said the older models were better. I'll have a look and see if I can get an older set. Problem is I'm a lanky freak who needs longer clubs so always less choice.

Just had a look on the site where I got mine from, not much on there. They've got the 2021 P7MB's and P7CB's at really good prices.

 

Mine are the 2019 model, still going second hand for more than I paid!

 

If you shop about, you're probably looking around £700ish. 

 

You should still be able to get an older model custom fitted with longer shafts.
