The home club have to agree to it & then charge the away club for the facility. The away club then charges for entrance to their stadium to recoup the cost. There's minimal equipment needed to do this, merely a satellite & box, similar to a Sky set up. The club are looking into getting it done, and the poster from Palace has informed us that the home team (Forest) have to have a say in it. They could easily say no. Give the club a break for fcuk sake! Theres no reason for forest to say no. They get paid for it. However as theres only 4 days to go now, I would say it is unlikely to happen.
