DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 19 June 2013 Posted 19 June 2013 Oh Ken I did not say it was right. What I said was others who may bw allegde3d to have behave inappropriately at a time when it was common for girls 13 upwards to flirt with them. Years ago fathers used to bounce little girls on their laps, kiss them goodnight and hug them. Activities that could be c misconstrued these days. Stewart Hall may have done wrong but it is strange that a lot of those doing the accusing have suddenly aquired superb memories. I think it is hard to prove going by todays standards. I couldn't agree more Ken, this is the key fact. Today's laws are being applied to an era when most activities that are considered illegal now, were not then .Today's irrational society, would condemn a person as some sort of monster, if they tried to show any physical compassion, or warmth towards a fellow being.. Like nurses not being able to put their arm round some patients shoulder. They are not allowed for fear of accusations. Fact! Give someone a cuddle now, and the next thing you are in court, which is dreadful. The age of political correctness and witch hunting are upon us. What a sad and twisted society we have become. These so called victims, suddenly remember half a century later, that they were abused under today's laws. It is becoming a rather sad trend now..

Trying to grab a 9 year old's fanny was illegal back then as well. He's admitted it ffs.
Guest MattP Posted 19 June 2013 Posted 19 June 2013 Some people's opinions on sex offending on this forum are frightening.
Rincewind Posted 19 June 2013 Posted 19 June 2013 The mind can play tricks where money is involved. OK so Stewart Hall admitted it. But how many cases being brought up involved just cuddling or an arm around the shoulder? These events happened a long time ago. Can you remember when you were young and your dad carried you on his shoulder? I'm sure my dad did.
Guest MattP Posted 19 June 2013 Posted 19 June 2013 Yeah I remember it very well. He carried me on his shoulder in crowded places in public, he didn't take me to the garden shed and stroke my penis. I doubt any one has been declared a nonce from just doing the former.
Rincewind Posted 19 June 2013 Posted 19 June 2013 That's the way I remember it too. I also never met any celebrities.
johnny the fox Posted 19 June 2013 Author Posted 19 June 2013 I think you should give more credit to the CPS and the investigators... do you not think they know about any speculative gold diggers and arm chancer's? they take a very dim view of false allegations .. and will DO anybody trying it on.. the fact is there were far more serious stuff they couldn't get into court..Hall has got off very lightly.. If the people can find the backbone to come forward, there will be a Tsunami of court cases involving celebrities..and others, watch this space..
Rincewind Posted 20 June 2013 Posted 20 June 2013 I do give credit to the CPS. It was made easier in Stewart Halls case by him pleading guilty. It is difficult differentiating the allegations that resulted from co-operation by both parties and the ones where the accused took the leading hand and initiated the act The majority of abuse cases originate from family members or people that are known to the family.
johnny the fox Posted 22 June 2013 Author Posted 22 June 2013 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ydKHMORokNw 101 mins in..is this not Libel? incredible stuff to the end..
johnny the fox Posted 22 June 2013 Author Posted 22 June 2013 One hundred and one minutes in? Forget it. you can scroll along you know..ha ha..

Fox92 Posted 6 May 2014 Posted 6 May 2014 http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-27291032 Ex-BBC presenter Stuart Hall has admitted indecently assaulting a girl under 16 but denies 20 further charges. Mr Hall, 84, is to go on trial accused of 15 rapes and five indecent assault offences against two young girls, allegedly between 1976 and 1981 in Greater Manchester and Cheshire.

Coming from anyone else, these comments could be taken at face value, but such is the contradiction to your usual posts on issues of morality, one could be forgiven for wondering if you have an axe to grind.
johnny the fox Posted 7 May 2014 Author Posted 7 May 2014 The bloke has said in court today. "Yes I had sex with a 10 and 13 yearold, but it was consensual" what fookin planet is he on ? never coming out again..
Nick Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 Coming from anyone else, these comments could be taken at face value, but such is the contradiction to your usual posts on issues of morality, one could be forgiven for wondering if you have an axe to grind. It's not that, he just comes from a generation when abuse was considered just a bit of harmless fun.

"Yes I had sex with a 10 and 13 yearold, but it was consensual" what fookin planet is he on ? never coming out again.. Good he can rot in there. It's not that, he just comes from a generation when abuse was considered just a bit of harmless fun. No one has ever thought raping a 10 year old was harmless fun. Ever.
Nick Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 Good he can rot in there. No one has ever thought raping a 10 year old was harmless fun. Ever. Which was my point John.
Buce Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 It's not that, he just comes from a generation when abuse was considered just a bit of harmless fun. Bollox. He's only a decade or so older than me, and I've never thought fvcking kids is ok.

LOW LIFES.
Guest MattP Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 No one has ever thought raping a 10 year old was harmless fun. Ever. The prophet Muhammed excepted. Pretty disgusting stuff to come out with what he has, heading towards Peter Tatchell territory when you start thinking sex with minors as young as that can be consensual.
Nick Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 Bollox. He's only a decade or so older than me, and I've never thought fvcking kids is ok. My comment was tongue in cheek ironical. Seriously though, I doubt DT considers such acts okay in the slightest but what he wrote about 'so called victims' is the height of ignorance - even by his standards.
johnny the fox Posted 7 May 2014 Author Posted 7 May 2014 Bollox. He's only a decade or so older than me, and I've never thought fvcking kids is ok. The audacity....to put that forward as a defence in court..the man must carry his balls around in a wheelbarrow..
Rincewind Posted 8 May 2014 Posted 8 May 2014 There is a difference kiddie fiddling and comforting them. How old were they? if they were children then no excuse is acceptable. I would not sleep with a girl who is an obvious teenager now as I am old enough to be a grandad even a great grandad in some cases. Just read the above posts. If he knew their ages then he was wrong and deserves the punishment handed out. A bloke can also say no and use a little discretion.

One of them was 10, even if he didn't know he could guess she was underage.
