I've always had the impression that Bert's privy to some information, or was privy to some information, and feels the pressure to come up with something when it's not always there. If you are the 'man in the know' then it must be awkward when you don't have a clue what's going on, but everyone expects you to. That's not his fault though. Me - I'd probably keep quiet on those occasions. But who's to say this is one of those occasions? Maybe he does know something. But, on the balance of things, these ITK offerings do have that feeling of 'keep guessing, we'll get there in the end'. Between all of these guys pretty much every conceivable scenario is covered. I prefer to focus on what we definitely know, especially when it fits rather more comfortably than the stuff we're imagining to be true. A turd in the toilet is worth two in the hand, or something like that.
