Very well run club and Whelan doesn't stand in the way of any player or manager (they've lost a lot of quality in terms of players and managers since being a PL team). Depends on who they appoint manager, but if they hang on to their players and continue to play nice football, then they will be among the favourites to win promotion. Martinez to Everton then.
