Ric Flair Posted 11 September 2013 Posted 11 September 2013 My Dada's fairly happy with this, he's got a leather jacket exactly the same as the one Kev used to wear. He's had it back out the loft already.
Captain... Posted 11 September 2013 Posted 11 September 2013 The problem with cases like this is mud sticks doesn't it? and he will have this with him for the rest of his life. People won't trust him around their kids and he won't feel safe around kids for fear of being accused again. It would be nice to see the accusers put on lie detectors before any of this goes to court. I know they are not 100% correct, but I feel it would be better to have a idea on if it was true or not. Edit Also it would be nice to see people falsely accused get justice by putting the accuser on trial and jailed if found guilty. They would be if there was any chance of a successful prosecution, but when it is one person's word against another there is not enough evidence to convict either way, and putting the accuser on trial would just be a waste of time and money. You do wonder how this ended up in court though if there was no evidence.

Captain... Posted 11 September 2013 Posted 11 September 2013 lol I've only just been able to whip my old black Lacoste jumper back out again after Anders Breivik spent 3 months turning up in it to court. My shell suit, red string vest, medallions and large cigars are still stored away in the loft and I think it will be a while before I dye my long straggly hair platinum blonde again. *sigh*
Robsdee Posted 11 September 2013 Posted 11 September 2013 With only the evidence of two people, this should never have gone to court. More tax payers money wasted
Karljohn Posted 11 September 2013 Posted 11 September 2013 Back to servicing 15 year old escorts in the garage then.
indierich06 Posted 12 September 2013 Posted 12 September 2013 alcoholics drink vodka not beer Tell that to the old boy who used to come into my local, drink about 15 pints, shit himself and then threaten to kill people with a hammer. I'm pretty sure he was an alcoholic.
Ric Flair Posted 12 September 2013 Posted 12 September 2013 It's a myth that alcoholics only drink spirits, most of them do because it fast tracks you to getting absolutely larrupsed and therefore it's obviously a bit cheaper. If and when I become and alcoholic I hope to be a bit of a maverick and only ever drink Grappa.
Strokes Posted 12 September 2013 Posted 12 September 2013 Gazza is often seen with a pint, i might be wrong but im pretty sure he is an alcoholic.
Bobby Hundreds Posted 12 September 2013 Posted 12 September 2013 Gazza is often seen with a pint, i might be wrong but im pretty sure he is an alcoholic. As well as a chicken and fishing rod.
Guest MattP Posted 12 September 2013 Posted 12 September 2013 When Chris Evans was an alcoholic he used to drink pints to sober up.
Parafox Posted 12 September 2013 Posted 12 September 2013 When Chris Evans was an alcoholic he used to drink pints to sober up. Er, that doesn't actually work Matt!
Guest MattP Posted 12 September 2013 Posted 12 September 2013 Er, that doesn't actually work Matt! I know It's in his book, breakfast show was 6-11 then shorts until 6pm. Pints then til midnight to wind down and sober up before bed then the next day same again. No idea how he is still alive.

To be fair if I was boning Billie Piper I'd try and sober up before going home.
Vlad the Fox Posted 12 September 2013 Posted 12 September 2013 I thought all alcoholics drank white cider and special brew?
Guest MattP Posted 13 September 2013 Posted 13 September 2013 To be fair if I was boning Billie Piper I'd try and sober up before going home. Lucky bastard also had Tara Reid.
Rincewind Posted 13 September 2013 Posted 13 September 2013 I thought all alcoholics drank white cider and special brew? Don't believe everything you hear read or see
Corky Posted 13 September 2013 Posted 13 September 2013 To be fair if I was boning Billie Piper I'd try and sober up before going home. He also had Carol McGiffin which isn't quite the same.
MooseBreath Posted 13 September 2013 Posted 13 September 2013 Don't believe everything you hear read or see Don't believe what you see? So you're saying that homeless guy I saw this morning playing stick cricket on his Samsung galaxy s4 was just an illusion?
DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 13 September 2013 Posted 13 September 2013 I did jury service at Aylesbury crown court, back in the eighties. This was also a rape case. The trial took nine days, and it only took us two hours to return to the court room, to say that we couldn't agree a verdict (9 to 3).A retrial was ordered by the judge.
Zingari Posted 13 September 2013 Posted 13 September 2013 He also had Carol McGiffin which isn't quite the same. It's suddenly become very clear now. I suppose that's what drove him into alcoholism .

Personal feelings should not come into it. If you go into a courtroom thinking I don't like the look of him and all rapists should have their balls removed then you should not be there. The same if you think its the womans fault for dressing in a procreative manner. but that is hard to do.
ADK Posted 13 September 2013 Posted 13 September 2013 Would love to get jury service despite the hassle.
