weller54 Posted 8 February 2014 Author Posted 8 February 2014 Dyer will start, no doubt..... Mahrez on with 20 to go, double substitution with KP on for Vardy.... But we'll be 3-0 up by then!!!
lgfualol Posted 8 February 2014 Posted 8 February 2014 Mahrez is brilliant in my FIFA team! Me too, assist machine.
tylesta Posted 8 February 2014 Posted 8 February 2014 So good reading this thread we have options on the flanks now
Thracian Posted 8 February 2014 Posted 8 February 2014 all this "don't break a winning team" bollocks is ridiculous... It's 1 player.... Mahrez deserves a chance and Lloyd has been off the boil for a few games... Why not. Can't imagine any better motivation for Dyer. As for this "deserving a chance," nonsense I remember exactly the same crap being talked about Kaebi and Waghorn. Mahrez will get his moments when the manager chooses and quite why a reported right winger should replace an established left winger remains unclear to me.
pazzerfox Posted 8 February 2014 Posted 8 February 2014 Because Dyer hasn't been 'off the boil' for a few games. He's been a crucial part of a side that's won 9 on the spin. Unless injured, you keep the side who has got you that run. Why on earth change it? The only way you would change it would be add that element of surprise to the opposition. I think that was part of Fergies success at Man utd....mixing his sides up throughout the season. Watford would have trained and prepared to face certain Leicester players, maybe chucking a couple of different faces it would scupper their preparations. I personally wouldn't change our winning side but I can see the pros and cons for it.
Babylon Posted 8 February 2014 Posted 8 February 2014 Dyer is not the future i guarantee when mahrez starts and dyers on the bench you will all be arse licking him... Dyer is a good player at this level but mahrez will be far better... The point people making is that you don't have a clue whether Mahrez is actually better. He may turn out to be better, but you are basing it on nothing at this moment. As for him being the future, when I'd any 21 year old will be the future compared to a 31 year old. Dyer has been great this season, we've had a few games on shit pitches and suddenly people want him replaced.

Lionheart Posted 8 February 2014 Posted 8 February 2014 Rest Dyer he has looked tired recently following a midweek match.

_Fatboyslow_ Posted 8 February 2014 Posted 8 February 2014 Man is this Babs and CC love in getting a bit to much
southfox66 Posted 8 February 2014 Posted 8 February 2014 I think you missing a vital factor when you talk about Dyer. He plays best in near perfect conditions, you add factor of heavy rain or a cut up pitch and he will be below par. Give him a smooth surface and dry weather he's a class player, hopefully he'll get plenty of these in the premiership.
weller54 Posted 9 February 2014 Author Posted 9 February 2014 Mahrez and Wood in for Dyer and Nugent against Forest.... Please!!!
Bluearmy 316 Posted 9 February 2014 Posted 9 February 2014 With the squad now having 10 days rest I suggest the same team will start against forest. With changes coming against Barnsley and Charlton. Why change a winning team
Happy Fox Posted 9 February 2014 Posted 9 February 2014 With the squad now having 10 days rest I suggest the same team will start against forest. With changes coming against Barnsley and Charlton. Why change a winning team No longer winning Tbf Dyer he has dipped in form over the past couple of games and it is usually this time of the year he goes off the boil, whether his form is linked to a contract talks etc who knows? But I would start Mahrez to give him the kick up the bollocks (competition should see him back on the right track)
