Leicester City can still be caught... Arry Redknapp!

Now just signed Ravel Morrison on loan; fcuk they are desperate !!

Of course they are desperate.

If they don't get promoted this season, then I suspect that financially they are fooked. And Redknapp will lose any credibility he had.

QPR is a shining example of how not to run a football club.

He's turned QPR into a 'make or break' situation financially. Wouldn't be surprised if they end up in administration soon.

He'll be out of it by then. Presumably back at West Ham in midtable getting praise for spending £40mil in one summer and how unlucky he was in QPR's play-off defeat to Ipswich

When I look at QPR i see another Portsmouth situation and coincidentally look who the manager is?

Exactly this, trading off some " former glory". What Col fails to understand is that the owners (not blessed with a massive amount of football knowledge) trust arry with their money, an what arry says go's. Why did he leave pompey the 1st time round? Scratch below the surface...

They are so far over FFP that they're financially ****ed if they do go up.

They could be facing fines that are almost as big as what they'll earn on the PL.

West Ham fans that I know aren't fans of arry, most thought he was pocketing bungs when he was last there.

He's a clever bloke with the media. Very, very clever bloke.

I don't remember the last manager they had that their fans rated.

If the owners of any football club don't control their own finances and place their 'trust', in some financial sense, in a manager then more fookin fool them.

This applies to any manager, not only Arry.

That's why Gallagher remains at OUR club on a ridiculous wage and a lengthy contract. For the last time... Don't blame Sven for this. Blame the fool that agreed to the deal. That's what you don't seem to get? No offence intended.

Again... QPR's woes started when they hired Hughes, and then fired him. Redknapp hasn't helped, but their problems go back further than him.

Bit ironic you telling someone to see the bigger picture!

Harry knew perfectly well that a club the size of Portsmouth with it's income and fan base couldn't afford the players he was signing but he carried on mis-managing them regardless, and he's basically doing the same again now!...If QPR don't go up this season they are in a real financial mess and he'll more than likely walk away (or join their nearest rivals?) Leaving someone else to pick up the pieces

Not getting involved with the Col thing.

But people go on about managers spending money the clubs can not afford (ours included with sven)

Say what you like about the managers but the buck still stops with the owners they sign the cheques.

90% of managers will spend what they can get away with.

Bearings bank went bust cos the bosses did not keep an eye on what staff were doing that should be a leason to all business.

Spot on.. the whole 'Col thing' is because I'm not simply jumping on the 'Redknapp's a twat' mentality. I've stated on more than one occasion that if QPR fail to go up this season, he loses credibility. But there's much more to any club spending money than because the manager demands it. Or there should be if its run well. People seem to forget that WE did nearly exactly the same thing when we allowed Sven to sign some duffers on astronomical money. I didn't see many on here bleating when we went out and signed Mills and Jermaine. In fact, if my memory serves me rightly, there was nothing other than excitement with very few crawling out from under their stones suggesting that 'we couldn't afford them. A little hypocrisy yet again I fear..

Did not moan about the signings as I hoped they would be good for us.

However I did moan about how we pissed money up the wall and paid stupid money in a division that never warranted it.

And until our owners wrote off the debt that They allowed to happen I did not trust them.

They followed the same model pompey did and could have left us in the shite.

Still not 100% behind them but they have no option now unless they are happy to walk away with nothing and a loss of over 100mil.

Nah your just two years behind everyone else, redknapp is average at best. He is made out to be Sir Alf Ramsey. I see you have covered your ar&e by saying he looses credibility if they don't get promoted this year.. Just hold your hands up and say yeah ive got it wrong.

So we have won the league and gone up as champions.

We did not have much of a party after the watford game.

The season is 46 games not 30 or in arry's case 29 Col is right in stating IF as they could still do it and finish infront of us.

Col is no more wrong atm than you are right.

wasn't the Andy Impey deal the reason why he fell out at W Ham because he had nothing to do with it?

Nowt dodgy about good old 'Arry. Can't read and write either so has to have his bonuses paid into his dogs bank account.

In a nutshell ! He's a dodgy crook which most West ham fans will happily acknowledge from his time there, he was right in there with Clough and Graham when it was all happening but he managed to walk away from it smelling of roses whilst that can't be said for the other two...

Ignoring all that though, he's just a massively overrated manager , I don't hate him I just fail to see what anyone genuinely sees in him

Pointing out my spelling mistakes doesn't rile me if that was your intention. You are still clueless....

I've yet to see a post of yours I agree with. Genuinely.

Sylo's spot on, above.
