He obviously forgot about Costa, Diego, Miranda, Courtois, Villa, Koke, Tiago, Godin, Luis, Gabi, Suarez and Rodriguez. None of those players are world class except maybe Diego Costa. Level below I'd say. Villa is past his best. Diego failed at Juventus. Tiago Gabi, Suarez, Rodriguez are hardly top class players. They have some very good players but so do Man U.

I suppose for the best league in the world it's quite surprising how no-one from it got further in Europe than Galatasaray. Best marketed league? By a considerable distance. Best quality? Nah. One bad season. Best quality yes. Most strength in depth due to the finances. You only have to look at the players who come to the league e.g. Spurs buying Valencia's best player when they both finished 5th last season. Or 3rd place Arsenal nearly buying Draxler from 3rd place Schalke. Even clubs like Fulham can buy Mitroglou from Champions League Olympiakos.

Kagawa He's cant get on Man Uts bench some games, he wouldnt get in Atleticos B side. (and if you think last seasons PL was seriously the best in the World have a look at yourself, we didnt get a single team past the last 16 in Europe) I agree with the sentiment but Kagawa is a quality player, United have treated him appallingly. Easily has the ability to play in a title winning side in any of Europe's top leagues. They haven't lost a game when he's played 90 minutes, this is statistic of Kagawa.

Your putting words in peoples mouths, you were the one who bought up Athletico by claiming their squad is not as good Man U's when it clearly is so don't make out like it is others who are making claims that they are "miles" better, they're responding to your point. Athletico have a much better squad, they have a team, United might have one or two bigger names but the majority of those names are too similar, you gave 5 or 6 players as an example and they were all very much strikers of just off the striker kind of players, they don't have one convincing defender in their back four if Vidic doesn't play and it's clear he's had enough. Carrick is a good basic midfielder but besides that they don't have any class in their engine room what so ever.

I'd probably have Rooney, Mata and Van Persie if I were the Athletico boss (as would any club in the world) but the latter wouldn't start on current form. Diego Costa is having a much better season.

The fact that he is getting the vitriol from the knuckle-draggers who follow that bunch of overpaid mercenaries, deflecting their own failures onto the manager, sums up what they know about the game. I have mixed feelings about what's happening at United. On the one hand, I feel terrible for Moyes - a brilliant manager with a great knack for developing a squad OVER TIME, as Roberto Martinez is finding out to his benefit at Everton now. On the other hand, I can't help but feel anything but joy to see a supposedly "untouchable" club like them wallowing in mid-table.In that sense, I want them to continue failing so that Moyes is let go, but I want another club to give him the time to do what he does best - build a squad of players pulling in the same direction. At the moment, I fear this will destroy his chances of getting another "top" job, which is criminal really, given that it's Fergie's old guard who are failing to perform, not the man on the touchline. The sooner the old dogs are taken down the garden path and acrimonously retired, the better, because it will give Moyes a chance to build his own team which will most likely succeed - but the feral nature of the idiots following the club and the pressure that breeds suggests he may never get the chance. Us Leicester fans can surely relate to that, and the likes of the first few months of a certain Mr. Pearson's second tenure - and just look at us now that he's cleared out Sven's deadwood.If that's the case, and the aging wasters who make up the spine of Man Utd. outlive Moyes' reign, so be it. It makes it the richest, the best marketed, the easiest to be in compared to all of Europe. For the amount of money clubs spend in England, they are an embarrassment compared to the rest of Europe. There's a terrible mentality in the Premier League and it's bred such complacency from clubs that it is untrue.
