Very sad to hear another death within a few games I was wondering does anyone know if we have a heart defibulator at the stadium? If we haven't we definitely need 1

I don't believe his death has been confirmed anywhere and people are possibly jumping to conclusions? The Doncaster Free Press reported he was receiving treatment in LRI 4 hours ago :dunno:

Saw the CPR going on in the away end, just didn't feel like celebrating when or after that was going on. Felt for the family who were with him. That's twice in last couple of matches, but one question do we have a defibrillator at the club cause both times didn't see one being used by the medics

Was going to suggest we need to put it forward to the club to invest in 1 if they hadn't I know it probably wouldn't have been required today if the man involved suffered a heart attack but with 2 heart related deaths in a few weeks at the ground there definitely should be 1 on hand incase anyone does suffer from a cardiac arrest

Sits a few rows behind me. Started running down the steps then lost control. Was going at some rate till he hit the barrier.

Was chatting on whilst being stretcherd down.

Hope he's ok

Stay of the pop son.

Went straight past me like a ton of bricks, as said, face first bouncing off each step!! Didn't actually twig it was a person until he hit the bottom .......... paramedics treating him for last 10-15 minutes of the game, but still loads of people trying to get past them to get down the steps to the concourse - let them do their bloody job!!

To be fair, on matchdays there are so many paramedics on hand in the ground with all the equipment, I don't think the club would invest.

I wish people wouldn't speculate on such an important matter

Likewise, people are jumping to a grizzly conclusion based on hearsay. The last official news from the hospital is that doctors were doing all they could for him. Until anything further is released, people should not speculate.

Im sure the club or the ambulance crew have one. I read somewhere that if they are performing CPR on you for so long there is only a 15% survival rate. I do hope that the person is going to pull through even though it doesnt look too good according to a few posts.

Thought they would have had one, but didn't know you don't use them on heart attacks. ( so that's why they weren't using one). Thoughts go out to the family. RIP

Truly tragic. RIP.

Anyone know how the lad who fell down the stairs in SK1 is? He was in a right tangle.

Fractured cheekbone and a bad earache it said in the other thread.
