We were all shoe horned into the store at about 5.45 and queued all the way through until 8pm when the last people got served. The website and phone system is utter toilet, but due credit to the guys at the store. They could have been all jobsworth and said "nah go home" but they served everyone there. How annoying I was moving seat and not just renewing, would have saved a few hours. Good luck to all tomorrow.

Page now loaded but cannot click on select button, it's white. In person, got to KP at 12.30pm, queued for two hours then was told queue too long for today and cut off 6 people in front of me. Head of Ticketing eventually came out with a clipboard when no one would leave(!) and wrote down names and addresses of the 50 or so he wouldn't let queue. Sooooooooo frustrating about to chuck my laptop out if the window!!

I was told at 2.45pm that absolutely no one who wasn't in the queue ahead of me at that point would be served today and the ticket office was closing at 6pm. Fecking liars! I would have waited! Everyone sent home would have waited!

I left work at 12 it took me 2 hours to get to the KP to be told no one is allowed to que. I turned around and went straight back home which took me another 2 hours.
