First time was 45 minutes. haha first time probably half an hour or so. second time about 10 minutes and it reloaded the page itself and put me to the back of the queue. third one i've just left spinning in a different browser to see what happens but it is still spinning around.

martyn Posted 6 May 2014 Posted 6 May 2014 Been trying since 9am. Best i got was managing to actually select 2 seats around midday, only for 1 of these to then get added to the basket. Ever since its just been the spinning wheel of doom It is truly and utterly dismal.

Lobsterboyuk Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 Oh FFS, *any* other business and I would have ****ed them off long ago, LCFC LTD you are incompetent amateurs when it comes to managing a ticketing website, realise your limitations and give this task to experienced professionals rather than kid yourselves any longer that you can do this in-house. Managing software platforms is massively beyond you, you've failed now go pay the big boys to fix it

MJ27 Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 Got up at 4am, went straight to LCFC Direct and got on. Was very slow and broke (as per). So I refreshed and then got to Queue Number 1087. Why was there no queue 5 minutes ago then?! I'm struggling to believe this queueing system is legitimate. Also I would absolutely stop bothering with the website. If it doesn't work at 4am (It is no better than daytime yesterday), it aint gonna work.

Then just went to a blank screen. Ive checked my emails and I have a receipt, although I will be ringing up to make sure! I am now going to work on 2 hours sleep! Wouldn't recommend this one bit! Apologies for my poor punctuation, Im very tired
