Yeah spend hours watching a "your in a queue" page then when it finally works and you've selected your seat getting booted out and returning to square 1.. At least if you get to the tills they can't turn you away..

Maybe the website will magically start working again tomorrow (it was Ok first thing this morning), but phoning up is the least painful.
