Queued for two hours then got kicked out of the queue because there were too many people. Fuming! My name is on the list for tomorrow morning, but I'm working all day every day now until Saturday. Spoke to head of ticketing Scott Paul who said he'd ring me personally tomorrow. Not holding my breath!Yep put my name down too, was Scott the dark haired lad with the suit and tie on? Said he'd ring me too. Was there about 2:30, is that the time you were there?
pickog Posted 6 May 2014 Posted 6 May 2014 what an abosouloute cock up today has been, you cant get on leicester city direct constantly in a queue and you cant get through on the phone. just an automated message that then cuts you off. no consideration for the true supporters again. i dont live in leicester i live in Yorkshire, i have followed the city for years and have been to many matches home and away. it looks like i am going to miss out completly. its just not right the way they are doing things

Bagworthblue Posted 6 May 2014 Posted 6 May 2014 phoned at 9am on the dot - By 9:15 I was 4th in the queue. By 9:30 I was 1st in queue. Whahey - I couldn't believe it!!! I shouldn't have believed it!!! By 9:35 the message changed to '' the lines are too busy and we are terminating your call'' which they duly did. Since then i have been online and got close a few times actually choosing seats for it to just crash and send me to the back of the queue! I have not stopped trying since the call failed at 9:35 am. This is ludicrous!

Although people have said something about writing there details down today so if its true I hope they don't get to jump the queue... Had my ticket that I wanted on the website aswell and it wouldn't let me pay!!
