HEGGSY Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 Who's down the ground then? Yeah. Got here at 4. Joke. I'm still in bed
The Year Of The Fox Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 Answering my own question- about 30people as of 15 mins ago
skmanuk Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 Update at 6.14, been on the website since 2 am, have several times managed to select a seat but cannot add to basket.
Neil_LCFC Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 Update at 6.14, been on the website since 2 am, have several times managed to select a seat but cannot add to basket. Same here but since 4.30 the website is not fit for purpose . if a concert can sell 100000 tickets in an hour online but no one can buy a ticket at LCFC.com the software is next to uselessif more than 50 people are trying to use it at once as I can't imagine thousands have been on all night.
Arkie Bennett Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 Got three hours sleep then back to the ordeal of trying to buy a ticket on the woefully inadequate website. Still going round in circles. It should not be like this.
Neil_LCFC Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 Got three hours sleep then back to the ordeal of trying to buy a ticket on the woefully inadequate website. Still going round in circles. It should not be like this. Yep select seat circle spins and nothing ever happens . pathetic !
Illusion35 Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 I can't even get that far, the select button is not clickable every time I get past the queue. I'm working 8-6 today then have to take my son to his last Sunday league match (I know it's Wednesday!) so no chance of getting to the stadium or much phone time. I will get absolutely gutted if I miss out :(
smiggy6773 Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 After 5 and half hours of queuing, I finally got my season ticket...but I will say this though, LCFC must improve the service for supporters There were 7 people on the counters serving the fans. I was at King Power at 9.00am..roughly around 400-500 people were waiting with the same amount of people behind me!! It would have been a good gesture for LCFC to have bought some hot drinks for everyone who had standing for all that time!! My brother-in-law has had problems all day yesterday with the website!! He finally got his ticket at 5.00pm though..keep trying, it does work!!
Cropwellfox Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 Up at 3.45am - tried all the browsers I could to see if any were better / quicker, got as far as seeing a seat ready to add to basket before it crashed. Now been looking at the circling grey thing for 90 minutes. Queuing system also crap. Was number 1045 at 3.45 but then got onto site within 10 mins. From king power who are retailers, this is absolutely shocking.
Channies6thswan Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 Spent the day on the phone & internet yesterday but no joy. Tried for an hour on internet at 3.45 this morning, still no good. So came down to the kp arriving just after 6.30 as I live in Cheshire. I reckon there's about 100ish in front of me & queue growing fast now. Grrrrrrr!
Collo73 Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 When this site actually works is it possible to relocate online or is that a stand and queue at the ticket office all day job?!?
Arkie Bennett Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 Still no joy. Got to go to work now, where I can't use the internet and won't be able to take time out for a lengthy phone call. It looks like I won't be coming next season. Thank you Leicester City Football Club.
C-man Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 When this site actually works is it possible to relocate online or is that a stand and queue at the ticket office all day job?!? I relocated online yesterday morning at 9.15. What I found impossible was to select my old man as a Senior so I had the choice of paying an extra £105 or try and fix his settings (which in the end didn't need fixing, his DOB is correct so I can only assume the Club are trying to rob us). I chose the latter and haven't managed to get back as far as selecting seats again. Complete disgrace.
broughtonblue Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 Just got back from the ground. Pegged it back from work (Derby...*shudder*) and got there at 4.30pm. We were all shoe horned into the store at about 5.45 and queued all the way through until 8pm when the last people got served. The website and phone system is utter toilet, but due credit to the guys at the store. They could have been all jobsworth and said "nah go home" but they served everyone there. How annoying I was moving seat and not just renewing, would have saved a few hours. Good luck to all tomorrow.Good luck to you, I got there at 2:30 to change seat and wouldn't even let me join queue, w@nkers!
broughtonblue Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 Right I'm actually angry now! I was told at 2.45pm that absolutely no one who wasn't in the queue ahead of me at that point would be served today and the ticket office was closing at 6pm. Fecking liars! I would have waited! Everyone sent home would have waited!Yep I would of waited! Apparently as soon as schools closed and kids could get down they let them in queue as they couldn't get there any earlier, I work till 2pm so I couldn't get there earlier, fuming! All I want to do is relocate
allotment-fox Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 the club must be pissing them selves with this one and I bet their bank ballance is going through the roof
Channies6thswan Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 I reckon maybe 150 to 200. (7.20). To turn style 47 anyway.
harpendenfox Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 Got here at 7.15. About 250 in front of me and now 20 behind me. Spirits currently high
trickytrevbenjamin Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 So ridiculous the facillities the club has for sales. For someone like myself who lives in sheffield and hasn't got the time due to working full time the only realistic way of of buying is online. Very unfair I feel that the phones and online can't cope with some demand.
Lichfieldfox. Posted 7 May 2014 Posted 7 May 2014 Tip - change browser to Firefox and ensure latest adobe flash. You can't buy with an iPad. I'm getting more hopeful......
