80footgiraffe Posted 9 May 2014 Share Posted 9 May 2014 Will they go in the summer? Although they still have time remaining on contracts, will we sell/ cancel contracts?
Kopfkino Posted 9 May 2014 Share Posted 9 May 2014 Futacs has said he wants to come back and fight for his place apparently. I laughed when I was told aswell
Unabomber Posted 9 May 2014 Share Posted 9 May 2014 They're going to have big parts to play next season, let's get behind Pearson and the lads.
allen10 Posted 9 May 2014 Share Posted 9 May 2014 It'll probably be Futacs and Bakayogo out on loan again and Gallagher to PNE for a nominal fee providing he takes a pay cut. Does Conrad Logan fall under this discussion as well if we go for another keeper like Ben Hamer?
CKB Posted 10 May 2014 Share Posted 10 May 2014 I think it's quite obvious what will happen hereFutacs = loaned/sold, Gally = signs for PNE or loaned again/signs for another club/loan, Bakayogo = recovers from injury goes on loanAnd as for my personal opinions?I think Logan will go on loan, Konch eventually may end up on loan and possibly Wood depending on who we sign
Marmite Posted 10 May 2014 Share Posted 10 May 2014 Logan won't go anywhere, he's more interested in his horses and quite happy to sit on the bench and collect his money. God help us if Kasper gets injured and he comes on
LCFC FOX Posted 10 May 2014 Share Posted 10 May 2014 I can see Gallagher just sitting playing with the under 21s, considering he's just got a pay rise too. I do hope I'm wrong though
Fox42 Posted 10 May 2014 Share Posted 10 May 2014 I don't mind Futacs. Genuinely reckon there's more to him than we know. Pearson never persevered.
Sharpe's Fox Posted 10 May 2014 Share Posted 10 May 2014 All will be loaned out.
Corky Posted 10 May 2014 Share Posted 10 May 2014 Gallagher will smash in a sensational winner against Newcastle and all will be forgiven and possibly another pay rise too.
LAprice_ Posted 10 May 2014 Share Posted 10 May 2014 As mentioned before, they'll all end up out on loan (hopefully to the Championship). We'll see what happens at the end of next year...
Stadt Posted 10 May 2014 Share Posted 10 May 2014 They were all too good for the championship and Pearson didn't want to risk having them prised away from us. :I'monmyphoneandIdon'tknowthenugent animationcode:
Kitchandro Posted 10 May 2014 Share Posted 10 May 2014 Non of them should play for the club again. They'll probably all see out their contracts though.
Stadt Posted 10 May 2014 Share Posted 10 May 2014 Futacs and Bakayogo are probably illegal immigrants and get paid £90 pounds a week Gally should never even wear a club tracksuit again.
MC Prussian Posted 10 May 2014 Share Posted 10 May 2014 All will be loaned out.Yep. Most realistic scenario. As long as nobody can sign/wants to sign them, at least our wage bill won't be super-affected.Although I'd love to see Preston promoted, which increases the chances of them signing Gallagher permanently over the course of this summer. Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 10 May 2014 Share Posted 10 May 2014 I don't mind Futacs. Genuinely reckon there's more to him than we know. Pearson never persevered. Is this the mother of all wind-ups?

LCFC31 Posted 10 May 2014 Share Posted 10 May 2014 Still in contract, still in contract and still in contract. Pay off, pay off and too expensive to pay off so send out on loan.
Buzzell Posted 10 May 2014 Share Posted 10 May 2014 Still in contract, still in contract and still in contract.Sell, sell and sell.We should be looking to move these players on so we can spend the money else where on strengthening the first team. All three of them don't have a future here. They won't be in our first team next year and they won't play for us again.
sdb Posted 10 May 2014 Share Posted 10 May 2014 I know they're unpopular here (to different extents) but I think they're all good Champo players. We don't really want them hanging about here though...

sdb Posted 10 May 2014 Share Posted 10 May 2014 I can get on board with the idea that Gallagher is decent at this level but the other two are unproven at best. Gally had some very good games for us. He appeared to lose interest once he got a massive contract. Futacs looked capable of causing problems on the rare occasions he played, could see him being a Kermo level player. Bagayoko was considered very good in L1 so I think plenty of Champo teams would be interested in players of their calibre, if wages were reasonable. Just because they didn't work out here doesn't mean they're not Champ standard. We did walk the league after all.
Stadt Posted 10 May 2014 Share Posted 10 May 2014 Bakayogo's first touch and positioning are absolutely terrible. From his game against Derby I think most people can tell he's not a very good footballer.
