There are people on Facebook boasting they have bags of 60 badges.

That will be the same badges the club were giving away for free at the last game.

Some people obviously abused this kind gesture for their own gain.

Absolutely Mick.

Not that I wasn't completely inconsolable but someone had my flag away before I got to my seat.

Some tw@t behind me robbed mine that I saved in the packet to take home for my son, whilst I was watching the game.

Is the proprietor of this fine merchandise perhaps called craigadams?

its the 1st time ever  season ticket holders who did not go to a single match last season . and  they are buying them off the fans who did go to matches but missed out on a season ticket for next season to the glory hunters...... shocking to say the least .what happened to booking history . :(

Why was the fact she was Asian relevant lol?

It was very relevant actually.

Some woman asked where we got them from with a white kid in tow.  I instantly decided the kid would be more interested in his X-Box than a City flag and did not give it to him.

My thoughts with the Asian girl were she would probably be less spoiled and would really appreciate it.  From her reaction I think she did.  If I'd given it to the white lad, it would be poked up the neighbour's dog's arse or something by now.

That's an honest answer...make of it what you will !!

Some people really are mad aren't they - around 30,000 is hardly limited edition. I'm sure the badges you can buy in the club shop aren't even made in half that quantity.

For some reason I didn't get a badge on entry. Did get a fair few beer tokens though... just hope to pick up a badge on ebay for about a 5a

I have a badge still in the packaging and unopened. I have yet to decide what I will be doing with it.

Also, 6 of us went in as season ticket holders in a group and we left with 6 flags in our possession. Admittedly, we only had four on our seats when we arrived. I picked up two which were lovely and wrapped. I did first assume that they hadn't been used - now I'm going to assume it is the person who put theirs carefully away before the invasion. Thanks very much.  :pearson:

Not yet. My open-top bus parade will be some time in the summer where I exhibit these wonderful flags.
