The commentary was much more interesting and impassioned (not sure if it was done live but a lot of it sounded as if it was). The highlights for the TV matches were not rushed, they had full replays as if live etc. The interviews were all from different periods in the season and not this boring looking back in hindsight thing we have now (Kingy trotting out clichés about s tight knit squad etc) Besides, good narration in itself makes a huge difference. In short they were all much more interesting and reflected the excitement of the seasons much better. More arrogance. Well yes it is true. Of course all the games are different but apart from no narration on this they're pretty much the same. Highlights with commentary. Make an exception for when we've won something but otherwise there's very little difference. The odd interview every so often after a game. Whooooppeeeeee. All the TV games from this season show replays from different angles. If you define a season review by having memorable music on then I feel sad for you. "Eh, do you rember the music from the 96/97 season review". . If you can't be sure whether the commentary was done live then how can you compare that as well? Personally would be surprised if they've dragged someone in to specifically commentate on the non TV games. You'll see if you read back that I've said I was disappointed about no narration too.

NewquayFox Posted 17 June 2014 Posted 17 June 2014 Watched it last night, not the best edits or commentary but a great momento of a fantastic season, will be on the telly all night for my lads 21st in a couple of weeks. Must say that Nugent was the star of the DVD with his goals and assists....
broughtonblue Posted 18 June 2014 Posted 18 June 2014 Although I'm not his biggest fan, and I agree he had his best season last year, I was surprised how much of an impact dyer had both with goals and assists. Would have been nice to see him help us next year, but alas, not to be!

Is this information self evident/clearly explained on the site? Because it came as a surprise to me.
