VLC86 Posted 8 June 2014 Posted 8 June 2014 I think Speilberg and Abrams was unavaliable when we asked them to produce the dvd... They were busy on Forests DVD I heard, apparently their owners like the fans more than ours...

DennisNedry Posted 8 June 2014 Posted 8 June 2014 Yes it could have been better, but really for £10 it was a good watch. Highlights are a bit skinny in the earlier games then a bit longer from the middle to the end of the season. I agree they should have put a bit more in that just the goals and our other good chances. 30 second interviews with I think 6 players, plus a few minutes of Pearson. Extended highlights of the 4-1 win over Derby. Half an hour footage of the victory parade and town hall trophy presentation/speech/singing.

Don't understand this. If it really is just a compilation of the highlights with the odd thing here and there then it's a bit disappointing, especially when you can watch any of the highlights on Youtube. Not a case of not enjoying the season at all.

Not a case of not enjoying the season at all. They missed a few things out. Certain incidents, such as James' red card at Charlton, arn't on. I found that odd. But other than that it's decent. And the point I was making is, for £10 what do people expect? It's not going to be perfect. Yeah I thought it could do with improving but at least I can watch a great season on my television. The lack of interviews was a bit disappointing though.

flintshirefox Posted 8 June 2014 Posted 8 June 2014 Just ordered mine. Still resent paying a fiver postage though. It doesn't cost anywhere near that to send a DVD in a Jiffy bag, for fox sake! Did they put the 2012/13 goals on as an extra? (since they didn't bother bringing a DVD out last summer)

iamafox Posted 8 June 2014 Posted 8 June 2014 The DVD is good but I got so annoyed with the passionless and unenthusiastic commentary on some of the games that weren't on live TV, especially when we scored.

Cant believe there wasnt anything on the squirrel. I can pick myself out twice in the DVD. Im in the crowd when schemichael scores (yes it was his goal, im the only one in the crowd with a yellow leicester shirt on) Then i spotted myself in the crowd during the promotion parade. IM FAMOUS i want paying

They could at least have Mick McCarthy, Chris Powell, Danny Wilson and the rest of the managers who were in love with us eulogising about our dominance and quality.
