bovril Posted 29 August 2014 Posted 29 August 2014 Why so many Germans? Uni influence? Amazingly, stunningly, though it's hard to believe... Western Europeans also move from country to country.
Nalis Posted 30 August 2014 Posted 30 August 2014 Amazingly, stunningly, though it's hard to believe... Western Europeans also move from country to country. Nick Posted 30 August 2014 Posted 30 August 2014 So born here means what exactly ? Why don't you tell us all your issue with the statement and stop hiding behind your keyboard all, "sneaky sneaky"?
bovril Posted 30 August 2014 Posted 30 August 2014 Ignoring the sarcasm, why German and not Spanish, Portugese or French? It wasn't a question with a casually racist undertone or anything, was just curious. Sure I was just being a dick. Who knows? Voll Blau Posted 30 August 2014 Posted 30 August 2014 Why so many Germans? Uni influence? Military families would be my guess. Mark Morrison was born in Hannover.
Steven Posted 30 August 2014 Posted 30 August 2014 Well, "born" means you have left your mother's body after 9 months of incubation and" here" is the area you are in at present.
midland_red Posted 30 August 2014 Posted 30 August 2014 That seems a very low estimation. How many are 2nd or 3rd generation immigrants? Second generation immigrant = born in leicester = british citizen
