NB: Work / school days so not weekends / whenever you get time off etc.

Depends.

Some days as early as 3:45am, some days as late as 11am.

My alarm is set for 6am, I normally switch it off or hit snooze and end up going back to sleep, As long as i'm up for atleast 6.50am i'm happy, That give's me time to have a quick wash and leave the house at 7.05am to get into work ready for 7.30am.

when I work, its long days. 7.30am to 8pm. Usually im up at 5.30- 6.00.. plus side is that i only work a maximum of 4 days a week

I get up about 7:30 on school days and on sundays i get up at 7:00 for my paper round and on saturdays when leicester are at home i get up about 11

Alarm is set for 625am but time is actually 615am i have my clock 10mins fast.

Alarm goes off at 6:45, hit the button to turn it off, go back to sleep (Not meaningfully) and wake up at about 8:30 (Hour late :laugh:)

Put my alarm on for 6.45, turn that off and normally get up about 9.
