He's actually a good footballer in my opinion but thinks he's way better than he actually is. So casual on the ball and it's cost us. If he cuts that out than one of our best defenders.

I think we have the real deal here. As a player he was ruthless but wasn't afraid to voice his opinion when it came to standing up to Fergie, etc.. We have a bunch of players who are arrogant and quite frankly think they can float though games without putting a shift in. He'll soon sort them out!

I mean that's the point. They haven't performed this season and they are well below par and I think the issue is more that they haven't had a clear identity and look lost on the pitch. Don't get me wrong. Our squad is nowhere near the level of two years ago, but we're decent enough to be competitive in every game. We haven't been that but think it's the way we're set up more than anything.

Look we have some quality in the squad to stay up. But the issue is we look like we have no game plan in games we've played this season. There's no patterns of play and we've won games on the back of individual brilliance largely. It's going to take a lot of coaching to get us going but we need to be more solid as a team if we're gonna win any games at this level.

You do sometimes get M&S or Ocado branded products at Company Shop but I get the analogy

Huge risk but so was Enzo. He won't be disillusioned into thinking the prem is easy but he'll be confident and demanding enough to ask the players to be front footed. Might end in disaster but we've certainly learnt defence for us is not the best form of attack.

A ruthless striker and let's hope he is the same way with the squad. Too many players were on the jolly up last week and I think they need to be brought down a peg or two.

I hope the club takes action on all those players. They've made a mockery of the manager at the time and whoever comes in. Whatever they felt about the situation should stay in house. Whether they were drunk or not it's unprofessional and now it's leaked, they must be fined at the very least. Part of the issue here is clearly a lack of professionalism!
