  1. Apart from Liverpool and potentially Arsenal, we have a good chance of beating anyone.
  2. We're not Southampton ffs. We're in the mix and only a win behind Palace and Everton who we can drag back in. We all need to get a grip and not act like we're massively underachieving. This is the reality of where we are as a club. Can we do it? Of course we can. We score goals and have an attacking threat which is the most important thing imo. Defensively we are weak but let's hope we can put that right sooner rather than later.
  3. I don't think we played badly yesterday. We created a lot of openings. Daka slashed at that ball from Mavidid or that could have been a goal, mavididi played a bad ball into Daka in the first half or we could have gone 2 up front. If we play the way we did yesterday we'll be okay but the team was motivated knowing we're playing the best team in world football currently. We need to keep that standard every game.
  4. Despite their form, they still dominate most games and are the same side but lack a cutting edge whilst being soft in conceding chances. Ironically very similar to us in many ways. But no way we can go all guns blazing in this one and need the balance between defence and attack.
  5. Some real excellent performances out there. I don't think I can fault a single player thus far.
  6. We have started well here
  7. You say that but Ranieri stuck with Shakey and Walsh so its not necessary that you need to bring your own staff in. I think we need to bring in a few players in and hopefully that will lift the squad.
  8. The squad
  9. Not a fan of his post match interview. Laughing about the performance. He needs to have stern words because that was unacceptable.
  10. He's so shit
  11. They might be worse than us 😂
  12. Danny Ward to save the day
  13. That is a concern but the option of sitting back and absorbing more pressure takes something away from our attack. We did it under Cooper more deep and that didn't work. Fundamentally we need to sign a few players if we can in January to improve the squad to give us a real chance to stay up!!
  14. Yeah it will be like this with the squad we have and when two or three are out we will really feel it like we did at the weekend. I don't think Ruud is going to be any sort of saviour as with the squad we have, we are in a real fight to stay in this league!!
  15. One loss with the midfield we had and things are blown out of proportion. Hopefully Wilf and Bouba will be back for Wolves and we upgrade on Mcateer.
  16. The number of shots we allow the opposition is frightening. We certainly need our midfield and wingers to offer more protection to our back 4. This is the real issue we have is not being aggressive enough in pressing and closing down shots early on.
  17. His awareness is like no one else in football. He just knows when to make those runs, when to play the ball, when to take the chance on, etc.. Never over complicates it and always looks a huge threat. Age doesn't matter when you've got the game intelligence he has. I reckon he's got another 2 or 3 years in him still.
  18. Heeeeeeey, Bouba Soumare, ooh-ah, I wanna knooooow, how you turned your form
  19. Rudy, Rudy, Rudy, Rudy Do you, do you, do you, do you Know what you're doing, doing, to me? Rudy, Rudy, Rudy, Rudy
  20. Different game for him today but he's always looking for that through ball. His quality wasn't the same level today but you can forgive him for the intent he shows. He's got something I reckon!
  21. They are a hot and cold team. You won't know what you get with them but they have some very good players, especially going forward, which could be a lot for our defence to deal with! If they're on it, there's little chance for us I'd reckon.
  22. He's actually really composed on the ball. Doesn't lose it that often and breaks through the oppositions midfield a fair bit. Defensively can be better but on the ball he's great. Good alongside Ndidi in my opinion.
  23. The only time I've left early was when spurs beat us 6-1 in torrential rain.
  24. Blame the infrastructure around the ground. Can take hours getting home after the game. Need to sort that out first.
  25. Strange game. If we ignore the result for a minute, we started both halves really well but Brighton controlled the game overall. The last five minutes were absolute madness and we walk away with a point. Think the Ndidi and Soumare combination works really well. Mavididi needs to be our first choice winger with Ayew/Bobby on the right.
