  1. Labour attacking the new leader of Green Party on social media. Totally laughable
  2. To be fair the regions are much larger this year than they have been previously. It’s just this round is a bit of a bottle neck. Like Shepshed have played in Wolverhampton and Bourne this year
  3. Premier League Cup Under 16 23/24
  4. Very strange that significant turn over. Like ripped out the leadership figures such as Sam Morsy and Conor Chaplin.
  5. You want my hot take? Internationals should be clustered to two large windows - 3/4 games per camp. Qualifying would be watched by more if you actually let a narrative develop.
  6. Would say this window he's basically done what you'd expect a DoF to do. Hardly pulled off some astute coup.
  7. Really progressive how the club has doubled down on the past era of Women’s football which was fraught with bullying. Not that we don’t have a history with that. I thought we were a family club yet three managers out of the way due to behaviour towards the playing staff. Now going after a couple of blokes who should be left behind
  8. Be careful to bring flags as well.
  9. Annoying draws them. Top two are difficult and not much of an attractive opposition to host. Worksop will be strong but hardly the biggest name within National North.
  10. Same. Wholly unique. Grigiorossi
  11. Yeah but that's the point why it's shit because people have stopped going out in the same way they were after COVID. University students drinking culture is vastly reduced. Younger people don't tend to drink to the same level as before. Those who were and are drinkers tend to go local to the nearest pub after a COVID. Or others choose to eat out. There's a whole conscious around being healthy now. The destination cities can call on tourism to lift it up and in my experiences, there are some cities which act as a hub to a population of surrounding towns (which are normally struggle). I think Leicester lacks proper pubs but the nightlife problem is widespread across the country.
  12. All booked. Looking forward to it. Especially as I'll come back from two weeks in the sun and then two weeks work before off again. I went Bourne on Saturday. A nice little ground and the town appeared pleasant enough as well. Off to Worcester City playing at Sixways Rugby Ground on Saturday.
  13. Personally one of the reasons I give stadiums a good six months to settle down. Not giving up the hope it's Leicester I see there within two to three years.
  14. On paper, we’ve got what we needed to get in but not enough have been sold and I also think it’s very apparent that the three signed players are all on the same agency as Marti. So I wouldn’t go around hailing Rudkin or our recruitment team either
  15. Geez I dislike those behind the club as much as anyone else but there’s all this daft period. Think of Stansfield to Birmingham which took more than 24 hours for it to go through
  16. The public gets what the public wants. The city centre pubs are closing while a lot of village and suburban pubs keep doing better.
  17. It will be stronger. South London based club.
  18. Wouldn’t worry about tickets - their average attendance last time in Serie A was under 12k and that would have been severely boosted by when the Milan clubs and Juve take over the crowds for a sell out
  19. The fixtures until December are due to be confirmed in the next few days
  20. Cambiasso esque isn’t it? As very much an Italian football lover, I’ve gotta get over there
  21. Suspect we go back for Emma Jansson, Rosengard were knocked out of the CL yesterday
  22. Ruud woukd have been working within England during the entirety of his career in the Netherlands
  23. The team featured numerous players who’ve since left or been given limited minutes since. I think you can read a fair bit into that
  24. What I don’t understand is that they can surely afford to take a risk to improve the squad towards promotion and then be confident they are going to sell Fatawu or another in June before the end of the financial year. I’ve said for a while though I think our accounts will be shocking for the season just gone. To think we only sold Cannon for any money in that period
