  1. Be players family/friends and corporates
  2. There is a two week period starting today for renewals and retention of your seat. If you go on the screen to purchase one, there is a note about renewal and a link.
  3. Chuffed for O’Connor too. I like him, gutsy bloke
  4. Them foundations were in back September last year and they looked wrong to me as the levels were off! Theyve picked some stinkers for the UCL. Gresley has some charm but Grace Dieu is barely a ground. The groundhoppers are based in Coventry, so makes sense them swinging back to Northamptonshire but will be a long drive out to Skeggy on Sunday morning
  5. 15 minutes on a bus or a quick taxi. It’s only about 4 miles between the two places Basic ground. Clubhouse outside it does the beer but no bar within the actual ground
  6. Home and the Police decide. Look at king power, how its N Block will is often handed back. Preston want to be aware of how many staff they are needing to put on and how the police manage away supportereb
  7. Personally I think they’ve gone the wrong way about by replicating the men’s game. They had a chance to introduce wage caps and promoted independence from the football systems. I really hope London City Lionesses prove a success in the WSl
  8. Clash with tigers. Sunday 4th Jan. They are home to Saracens, we are home to West Brom. Tigers should move this really as they can play any time over the weekend
  9. Shubman receiving a good dose of karma after an utterly baffling pre-test interview where he decided to open up the whole thing from the Third Test again. It's affected his own performances now.
  10. Will sell very well in my opinion. First trip here in nearly like 10 years, bank holiday weekend. ABOSH!
  11. It's questioned how disattached many feel from the Premier League and Champions League. How players are paid silly sums of money and appear disattached from the average fan. They don't get paid huge amounts. There's a real issue with ACL and knee injuries which effectively ends your career with very little fall back. Female players still can't outright retire from work when their playing career ends. Chloe Kelly married Everton's groundsman for example. It's far easier to connect with it all.
  12. Worth mentioning there was evidence that Boris Johnson frustrated this process of putting this into law bevause he was being lobbied by Saudi Arabia over Newcastle United and they wanted it delayed until the purchase was secured
  13. I had a full blown argument with a Bristol City fan on Good Friday who said we were ungrateful. I said to him if you got promoted then but ended up quickly in the bottom 3, you be okay about it all?
  14. One of the many reasons I like watching non-league is that the quality is low and by default that means more unpredictability, less Brendan ball and the players easier to like. I find Woman's football at the same point. I don't compare it to the mens game, in the same way I wouldn't compare Hampton & Richmond to Chelsea. It's better for it all. I don;t want to watch football with robots playing a game which is to prevent mistakes.
  15. The whole history of the bill was through the Tory period. It was all but there for writing into position by the time he was PM
  16. My issue with football manager stems that each edition you just need to find the winning pattern. The tactics that work for that edition. It never differs upon each save rather than the task is towards work to the winning formula (the challenge is rather how long it takes than having to find different patterns). The AI is not intelligent enough. Maybe that's a bit of my autistic tendencies making it seem easy but it's how I read it.
  17. Heraklion is survival of the fittest. Again beautiful island but Kefalonia is similar.
  18. Pulled in a lovely pilsner from Pure Bar in Birmingham on Saturday Off Melton Mowbray Saturday for some non-league. Obviously Round Corner, Anne of Cleves on the list - any others?
  19. PSR restricts the amount of director loans A payday loan is a term given to a hugely inflated interest rate whereby the term of the loan is extremely short say 10 days maximum. Normally at a rates as high as 1,200 % it’s unsecured ie. There is no collateral such as in LCFC’s case the parachute payments I am no fan of the ownership or their financial management but the use of loans in this manner is incredibly common in companies where cash flow is staged rather than constant. I know this because I work in construction where I often deal with the banks surveyor or the funds surveyor.
  20. Maybe have been. It was the game which locked in Jimmy Kebe as the winger most Leicester fans wanted for the next three years
  21. Maybe or maybe not. But two of the largest aggressive racist twitter accounts are ran by an Indian (think it's gone now) and a bloke of Philippine heritage based in Italy. You wonder if someone is behind them.
  22. Worth mentioning his poor record v Benfica and Porto while playing for Sporting. His good game in the CL came against Man City with a hat trick.
  23. Ayr's a cracker of a ground
