  1. Wolves were an utter mess towards the end of his reign not just on the field but off as well. Players falling out amongst themselves, signs of a lack of control within the ranks. Strange has the season before O'Neil was a candidate for manager of the season as Wolves looked pretty good and quite organised. Not sure what went wrong over the summer.
  2. Martin O'Neill till the summer, just something to excite the fans again. I know Forest didn't work out, however bringing back a club legend like a MON or Pearson would get the KP alive again.
  3. If they want Dyche they need to move fast... with Rudkin in charge... impossible. Rangers are probably looking at him, which maybe an more appealing at the moment, plus it could mean for the first time ever Dyche managing in the champions league next season.
  4. However i have looked at his first season with Everton, in 18 games he only picked up five wins. However there was a lot of draws... so it does show they got better and were picking up points in games even if they when they weren't playing well. Only lost 7 of 18. Prior to Dyche arrival they hadn't won in six!
  5. Dyche till the end of the season to see if he can sort this defence out. If we can make fight of it, either we go down or not the jobs his long term. If he keeps us up with these set of players, then he goes up there with.... O'Neill, Pearson, Ranieri, Wallace, Adams...
  6. It could happen, if it does it must happen either today or tomorrow. However if its that's the case you would have think they must have someone lined up, i'm not even sure there's anyone to take over in a caretaker role at the moment.
  7. Ruud must feel proper conned by the board... must have turned to rudkin at brentford and said "wow these players are bad, thank god January is coming those transfers funds you mentioned will certainly come in use"...
  8. I can't see how a manager can remain in a job with that record.
  9. "Only positive... it didn't rain"
  10. Sooner we are relegated the better, it's horrible slow death this.
  11. Didn't even try at all I don't think, beaten as soon as they got off the coach.
  12. Doctor Who set for axe, Christmas special cancelled. Its been dreadful for some years, think people are fed up with the constant cast changes seems like a new Doctor every two years. Time for the Doctor's death i think. Haven't watched in full since Matt Smith.
  13. It's during the easter holidays, looked at hotel rooms... wow expensive for sure.
  14. Glad the Midlands is getting a game but is the City Ground suitable for an international especially with that main stand. Would have thought Villa Park, CBS, Pride Park and KP would have been more suitable. However tempted to go to this
  15. Danny Rohl would be quite an ambitious appointment for Rangers, Rangers a bigger club than Sheffield Wednesday but will be hard lure a a manager away from the english second tier to scotland?
  16. Why? not that good. I think for Rangers Dyche would be a better push, I think he would get more of a reaction from Rangers. Don't rule out Gerrard returning, seem to be the only place he was actually good at as manager. Just imagine Gerrard up against Rodgers again.
  17. Boro have a trip again to Leicester to face Allexton and New Parks. I reckon around 140 - 150 from Nuneaton though I wouldn't rule out 200, I think will make the trip over. Leicester not playing till Sunday, so chance for a few foxes fans to come down and actually see some goals lol. Anyone here watch Allexton at all or live near the ground? I've actually been their before my ex gf was played against them, nice little setup.
  18. Should have left when Cooper was sacked, made little sense why they remained.
  19. I'd love to see Nige back in some capacity, not managing due to his health but perhaps Director Of Football... replacing a certain you know who. It could work, Nige in the directors box... ooh Richie Wellens in dugout with Andy King and Kevin Phillips in coaching.... this is next season of course. Proper reunion that.
  20. Interestingly yet to do the King Power, probably will this year. I've done a few so far Villa Park: Very enjoyable so well detailed and quite a lengthy one a good two hours, staff very friendly. Amsterdam Arena: Impressive stadium, but tour a tad disappointed, thought it was very restrictive. Got to see the dugouts, home dressing room, press conference and museum which was good but I don't know expected a little more from a club of that size.. Tour was done in like 40 minutes. Stamford Bridge: Very entertaining, staff friendly and told some great stories. Apparently in changing rooms I was sitting on John Terry's fave seat without knowing. A lot of good fact's and interest. A good 90 minute tour. ....should have done Ibrox... but on the day overslept and missed it, was staying in Edinburgh and should have got an early morning train from Edinburgh to Glasgow. Tour started at 10am... train was about 8am... my hotel was on the outskirts of Edinburgh so needed to be up for 6.30am... what happens never heard alarm and woke up at 8am. Screwed it! rang club up to see if I could swap on the later tour, sadly that was the only tour of the day.
  21. Some experienced in premier league relegation scraps... way things are going we may end up with Big Sam.
  22. Depends on the manager, RVN or whoever may not want a 39 year old striker next season.
  23. only just noticed... we have have to blame someone. RVN that's better...
  24. Time for interim I think, just someone till the end of the season just till we decide what to do over the summer, I want to say Dyche but I'm not sure he wants to come.
  25. Sunderland were in a similar situation a few seasons ago...
