This. I'm not sure I'd even bother with a regularisation certificate unless you're looking at significant works and putting a good wedge into it. If it was built 30 years ago it will be nowhere near current regs and you could be opening up a big can of worms for no reason.

Obviously if you were sent something like that completely innocently and reported it immediately you wouldn't be getting charged, although you will still have technically "made" an image by the above definition.

Seems an odd definition, specifically the unsolicited part. Edwards has "made" a number of images, so in theory this could just be opening images of child pornography sent to you unsolicited? I suppose the word made is just open enough to be able to apply it to various circumstances where indecent images are being stored and there is some participatory element in being issued with these images.

At around 11.50am, we were called to a property on Hart Street to reports of a stabbing. There are a number of reported casualties and more details will be confirmed when possible. I've always thought Lando seems like a pretty decent level headed lad, I think he was just frustrated after having to give up the place despite being so much quicker. We probably get slightly bias coverage re Max but bloody hell he comes off as such a bellend. None of them are good losers, they wouldn't be where they are if they were, but my god he is head and shoulders above the rest. I don't think £50 return is that bad - I certainly wouldn't call it a fvcking disgrace anyway - but it's circa 200/225 miles. In my 17 year old golf that would cost me about £40 quid doing 70 all the way. Not sure what your last petrol car was but I would imagine most newish fairly bog standard cars can do similar MPG.
