I think the last paragraph of Kingy's statement says it all really. Words don't really do it justice. We love you Kingy

You may already be aware but it's quite up and down the Leeds half. Last mile or so is hard work.

Could be wrong but I took it to be sarcasm as I suspect most people did.

3 ahead of Leeds but 6 worse GD as it stands, so would need a point at the weekend to be sure. Can't see them losing to Southampton given Southampton have lost 3 on the bounce.

I can't believe the results of this poll so far. We came so close to seriously ****ing things up and potentially missing out on promotion just weeks ago, with allele of the consequences that have, and yet 40% of votes are in favour of spending willy nilly. We cannot kick this can down the road and hope it'll be fine.

Leicester 'could face points deduction next season'
ajthefox replied to ClaphamFox's topic in Leicester City Forum
Like that has any bearing on our spending over the last few years? We all get it, their implementation of the rules seems to be lacking integrity and consistency (and loads of all other stuff I'm sure you can rattle off), but can you please give this victimhood stuff a little break Urban? -
At a Khan out/no to ULEZ rally at Trafalgar Square. Who knew! Need a bit of a help bringing him back up to the KP for Blackburn @Cheese...

I didn't realise how bad things had got for Birmingham. Getting rid of Eustace and appointing Rooney always looked a bad move but bloody hell it's been catastrophic for them. Tom Brady not bringing the winning mentality with him either. Their fans will surely be absolutely seething if they go down.

I only get to home games a couple of times a season, but hearing the PHG and WYS on highlights always gives me a small dose of that feeling of home from afar. Great work as always @Union FS, can't wait to see the Tifo for Vards.

Nails 500 and 501 in the collective coffin.

My favourite podcast this.

Don't think I've ever laughed as much at 30 minutes of TV as I did that episode. Brilliant.

Where are you watching it?

That makes me wonder if he's just being sent on as a sitting duck. I'm not sure anyone could defend this that well but surely anyone going on now should have done some research.

I see a lot about Enzo's ideology and what he takes from Pep, but are people forgetting how good Man City are on the counter? Not to mention how much they try and win the ball/stop attacks in the opponents 3rd. He's seen all that first hand. As has been pointed out, he's a very inexperience manager who is still finding his feet. I don't think any of it is black and white.

Will give that a listen on the train tomorrow. No tippy tappy is such a shit name for a podcast, maybe it wasn't Sam's choice but bloody hell it reeks of bitterness.

I think there is a lot to be said people hearing how rules are being applied and what the ref has seen will make a notable difference, even if you disagree Football is in such a bad way with refs because of attitudes towards refs, some of that is because of certain fans but I do also think a decent part of it is the fact that there is often no explanation, no reference to how rules are applied and no admitting to mistakes made in the heat of the moment. I think fans would be more accepting of things if there was more of this, it doesn't eradicate disagreement as you say nothing is perfect, but it needs to be part of the process. Fans have no sympathy at the moment because nothing is ever explained to us and there is 0 accountability for mistakes.

A girl I was seeing a few years ago got several thousand from the council after walking into a pothole and falling over. Can't remember what the injury was but I think they gave her a crutch and she was hobbling around for a few weeks. Might have been a really bad sprain? She didn't take kindly to my incredulity that they had paid her so much (or at all for that matter) and my suggestion she should've looked where she was walking. Hope that helps.

All sound like potential improvements but it's all about implementation isn't it. I think the subs rule would be fairly easy to implement, but the injury rule would be a bit more difficult. VAR being explained is exactly what is needed - the biggest issue here I think is transparency and accountability and that has led to even worse decisions.

bloody hell that's bad, looks more like Wellens

Christ. What the fvck are they thinking? Not only is it an awful thing to be suing over, it also makes feck all sense.

I've said this to a few people lately - their marketing has worked wonders for it. It's become kind of "cool" to drink it in some circles.

It can work both ways though can't it. If there is no pressure or expectation on them and our lot are going in needing a win you could see it having an adverse impacts. We all love to speculate about these things but I don't think any of it is simple. Some players may thrive in the situation above, but not all will.
