I'm merely stating that his agent worked miracles. He'd been out with many injuries through his career and missed the whole title winning season yet was handed a new FOUR year deal despite clearly being injury prone. As I say, what an agent.
-
He's got his pennies worth out of our club, fair play to his agent. Good luck for the future.

Do you know how to get hold of one of those scarves? They’ll fetch a few quid on eBay I’m sure

Still waiting for Maddison to make it up to the fans for his off field antics….
-
Agreed... but the same was said about Barnes the last couple of seasons. The difference is that our manager can improve players. I'd take a punt.
-
Would rather go for Saint-Maxim if we're looking at players with pace.
-
Totally agree. They bullied us earlier this season and never allowed us to play, if we can match that then our quality should see us through.
-
Looking at the amount they've spent they'll be struggling without CL money that's for sure!

No matter what the design they come up with to upgrade our stadium, I’m pretty sure we’re all unanimous in the fact that they should be installing rail seating at the same time.

I agree with the vanity project to an extent but that vanity attracts tourists and in turn brings in revenue. With our expansion I’d love to see some sort of self powered element being added, wether it be solar, heat pumps, turbines so that it effectively pays the bills when the ground is not being used. After all the owners are all about self-sustainability. I’d also hope that there is a contingency added in for a future expansion if we ever needed it.

I think COVID can actually benefit a club like ours. With so many good, young players who will only improve given time and with nobody having £100m to spend on one player, we could keep hold of our best players for a few years and hopefully that will propel us into a consistently top 4 club.

2020/21 - The Run In and Top 4 chances - an Ongoing Analysis

Personally I'd rather the English sides go further in Europe, they'll be more tired and possibly have more injuries meaning that they have more chance of dropping points in the league. Just hope they all lose in the final. -

This but 4-4-2 please -
Let’s say Vardy has 2 more seasons at the top then signing Ings prolongs both players careers as they’ll share the workload which will lessen the risk of injury. With the amount of games we play now, including Europe it makes sense to rotate strikers and it is a massive boost that we don’t have to rely on one or the other. It also means we can go 2 up top when we’re chasing a game, something we are reluctant to do at the moment as we don’t have the backup striker who makes the difference. With Smilani, Silva, Ghezzal, Gray and possible Choudhury off the wage bill, I think it makes total sense to use those funds to push our chances of European football for the next 5 years and who will slot in to the way we play immediately.

Why are people still quoting Sean on here? It's a banter account

I like your train of thought, I think you'd be as good as me on Football manager!
-
I also dreamt that we would win the Premier League... 😉

If we're going for Man City utility players then I'd go for Gundogan, quality player IMO

Looking forward to seeing them crying into their HOVIS tonight 👌🏻👀 -
Let's get him an Benrahma in to complete the window
-
Always thought his all round game was better than Wilson's so I'd snap your hand off at this signing.

Not all heroes wear capes, but they follow the foxes! 👍🏻

Waiting patiently for a FT hero to appear too! 👀

I'm sorry, but I just can't let this go.
