I’m not sure which I would prefer. I don’t think I would want some individuals I run into sitting on a jury but I’m thinking the odd nutter could be balanced out by the 11 others. Then I look at the judiciary primarily made up of white male, middle class and privately educated some of whom are prone to looking a little bat shit crazy in their statements from time to time. I think I would be a lot more comfortable with it if it was driven by an overall modernisation of the legal system rather than the need to to clear up a massive backlog caused by years of underfunding.

Jury trials scrapped for crimes with sentences of less than three years - BBC News David Lammy stepping up to the plate today and trying to take some of the heat off the Chancellor As someone who has voted Labour for most of his adult life i'm tired of the charade now.

Have there been any issues lately because for the first time I got stopped and asked to empty my pockets yesterday. I usually just walk past them unhindered. That consisted of four Gaviscon tablets, a pack of tissues and a pack of Jelly Babies. I’m 56, and I feel targeted. I really wasn’t in the mood for it anyway and at the point he stopped me I really felt like just saying sod it, turning around and going home. In hindsight that would have been an excellent decision.

A few of us who didn’t go the Stoke game got one.

Rachel Reeves struggling to answer a single question on the BBC.

I was at Coalville v South Normanton in the week. Two sets of lads who never stopped for 90 minutes, fully committed.

Left at half time, don’t care about the second half improvement. In fact I don’t care at all anymore. There’s no real connect for me to this Leicester City, I don’t relate to the players, manager or the club. It’s almost like they have treated me as a customer for so long that’s just what I feel like. I didn’t boo them, chant about them not being fit to wear the shirt, get irate about the appalling defending, I just got up and walked away. First goal was atrocious, second and third were ok to concede but we didn’t lay a glove on them. That’s unacceptable. -
That was the 3rd or 4th game I have been to this season as a season ticket holder.I left at half time. Definitely went to Sheffield Wednesday and Cov, may have been one other but they have all been forgettable. I ended last season thinking it would be a fresh start but any enthusiasm I had rapidly faded away. I’m at a gig the night of the Ipswich game so that’s a miss and my mate is doing a family thing on Boxing Day so I probably won’t bother. I might go to Derby at home but honestly it isn’t taking much at all for me not to bother.

I don’t think he’s the answer but I don’t think anyone is at this club at the moment. We are in an almighty mess.

I really shouldn't be bothered by it as I don't drive an electric car, don't live in a £2million house and don't pay into my pension via salary sacrifice but they are doing absolutely nothing to improve my lot in life either. The continued NI and Minimum wage increases just translates to lower salary increases for the rest of us where at work, the continuous freezing of tax thresholds mean what increase I do get is fully taxed. The child benefit thing doesn't have an effect. The NHS seems worse than ever, It's took 6 weeks to get into a NHS dentist a couple of months ago, it took a friend nearly 6 months to get a cancer diagnosis. I just don't see any green shoots of improvement, personally or the country as a whole.

Leicester City vs Stoke (H) 22nd Nov 3pm - Pre match

Hope we win but it’s another one I’ll be missing. Going to be in Cardiff watching New Zealand get last Saturday’s defeat out of their system against Wales. -
The Offspring at the AO arena in Manchester on Sunday. They were great, the crowd were up for it on the floor, just the sound let them down a little. Probably the only thing I prefer at the Co-op Live is the quality of sound over the AO.

Just had a look at the Munich and Berlin presales out of interest apart from the top priced tickets being less that €180 compared to £300 plus at Anfield the presale take up doesn't seem to be that great.
-
Same for Thursday. Would like to have been in the lower tier of the Main stand/Kenny Dalglish but the cost, availability and the amount that seemed to be reserved for hotel packages made that a non starter.
-
I'm at Metallica in Cardiff on the Sunday so the Saturday date is out. I've been trying to avoid midweek dates due to amount of holiday entitlement I used this gear going to numerous concerts but it looks like Thursday or nothing. The only European city to have more one night, looks like this isn't going to be that extensive a tour.
-
Foo Fighters announce European dates tomorrow and I’ve a sneaking feeling that they might be playing Anfield

I'm there for Linkin Park and absolutely nothing wrong with Limp Bizkit. I saw GnR at Villa Park (mate wanted to go more than me) I know a lot was being made of Axl's voice being dreadful but I didn't think he was that bad. Having said that they have never really been my thing and I was hoping they wouldn't be in the line up. Just randomly listening to a lot of the undercard and that seems incredibly strong.
-
I don’t really think Mads was the problem there they made him out to be, they are just abysmal. Not quite sure they are as bad as us though.

I rarely went to a game from the turn of the year last season, I’m not going on Tuesday and am elsewhere for the Stoke game. I missed Portsmouth because I went to the Tigers and couldn’t be bothered to hang around. I was at a gig for the Birmingham game. I’ve missed more games than I’ve been to recently. My life has been pretty full on personally for the last few years, I do feel stressed at times, but going down the City used to be a relief but sitting in traffic, parking miles away, watching awful performances just doesn’t improve my mood. I go to gigs and concerts and I have a good time. I can’t see myself going another game until they offer a lot more than what’s currently being produced.

Absolutely we can. The lack of fight or spirit negates any talent this squad has.

They have absolutely thrown in the towel. The foxes have quit.

Bon Jovi for a 80’s sentimental singalong at Wembley and Frank Turner at the Rescue Rooms. Currently waiting on Download announcing next year’s line up on Monday. Linkin Park are meant to be a definite, which I’m more than happy with but i’m hoping they pull something else out of the the hat for the other two headliners as the names currently being put out there are a little underwhelming.
