It's a mugs game trying to predict how promoted teams will get on, there's too many variables. What I will say though is that staying up is not difficult and I don't want to hear endless guff about impossible tasks and mountains to climb. The bottom 6 or 7 of the PL are doggo and we only need to finish above half of them. You don't need 40 points most of the time. Might be in a minority here but i don't consider starting on -6 to be a valid excuse for going down next season. -10 or more and I'd accept it.

Absolute no-brainer, one more year. His experience around the place, his knowledge of the club, 15-20 minutes off the bench and playing cup games. There's space for his wage but if he'll accept reduced terms they'll still be better than he'd get everywhere outside the Middle East and the US.

Well you have to say for Leeds it's a huge game but for us it's just another game.

Absolutely bizarre timing coming out with this and deliberately pissing off the fans just after a win and with a massive game on Tuesday.

Obviously they look properly tinpot for that (and they are) but the officiating was disgraceful and they should have just walked off after the third one.

I know it sounds weird but them actually losing today is a bad result. Shit or bust for them on Tuesday now.

Credit to them because I've brought it up several times, but they showed some bollocks today. If we were lucky today (and we were) we were a bit unlucky during last week too. It's given us a great opportunity if we can put in a good performance on Tuesday.

I'm going to make a really mad prediction here - if we've lost out on automatic promotion by that point and are facing the playoffs, the family emergencies, urgent appointments and life-threatening risk of sitting in traffic for 10 minutes will force 10000 of our fans out on 85 minutes as normal. However if we're on course to finish in the top 2 all those things will mysteriously disappear and suddenly won't be a problem.

We've only won 4 of our last 10 games in the league, we're not suddenly going to win 4 out of 5.
