Ruud van Nistelrooy - New Manager - Official

Get rid ! -
RIP will never forget that Manchester City goal ! God speed !!

WE know from Enzo that Rudkin did not communicate the clubs financial position. Any descent DOF would have had theses discussions. He is out of his depth & a total incompetent who is now threating to ruin the club for years to come.

Another poor call by Cooper.

Concerns about the direction of the club
jock2612 replied to Lambert09's topic in Leicester City Forum
There is no doubt that Top, Rudkin & Whelan are totally responsible for the dire financial position of the which the club finds itself & am sure it has affected recruitment. It is a familiar refrain from our manager that the current transfer business is insufficient. Those we have signed don't appear to adding to our chances of surviving. It is sadly something that cannot be changed but I fear our long term stability & progression disappeared in the helicopter crash. Top is weak but Whelan & Rudkin are both pathetic & incompetent & if things don't change they are taking our club down to the EFL and not just for the ubiquitous year. King Power need to find a buyer with a fresh vision & fast ! -
Absolutely terrible selection. Long long season I am afraid !!
-
RIP Craig. Will be remembered as integral to the success of our wonderful club !!!
-
Sensible !! Really good news . Hope he stays fit.
-
If he wants to talk to Chelsea get rid !
-
10 changes away at Liverpool . Not bad !!

I think Barnes is trying to force a deal to Newcastle through. I would suggest an offer has been received ( may be 25m+ additions) that was turned down, and Newcastle have said take or leave. In my experience the manager when asked why is was not available yesterday and in the week would have said he a sleight calf/hamstring/ankle issue not 'he felt something' Could he be making himself unavailable until it is resolved ? Will he go on tour ??

Coady was due to his loan not being completed until July 1st,

Far far too slow ! Nothing new tho'
-
Got to be realistic & am sure a 50m valuation is just the start of the negotiation BUT cannot afford for this to go on too long as we clearly need the funds to rebuild. I would not normally be concerned but last year has shaken my confidence in the club.

Manager for the Championship rebuild - who do you want?

Transfer window open . No coach . Get on with it !! This club must be one of the worst run in the top two divisions. -
Not totally far fetched !!

Manager for the Championship rebuild - who do you want?
jock2612 replied to Happy Fox's topic in Leicester City Forum
If it is Parker then Top has lost what little sense he had !! Terrible -
I think gratuitous insults achieve nothing BUT Top is responsible for the staff he employs and the big strategic decisions .I believe the big failures are the out of contract situation, the lack of finance to strengthen the squad at the start ,lack of honesty with the fans & Brendon, & not moving swiftly to change the manager. ALL are the day to day responsibility of Rudkin. He has to go immediately not to do so will inevitably tarnish the business reputation of Top and the owners. You cannot reward incompetence that has trashed the legacy of the last wonderful years. There was no sentiment when CR was sacked despite winning the prem the previous season. Relegation has cost the club & King Power millions. Not taking responsibility just shows weakness. If Rudkin stays out return will take years !
-
My big concern is that with the money from the prem already accounted for to pay for the loan, the transfer funds will have to come from sales mostly to prem clubs that operate on a slower time scale ( later season start & holding out knowing the urgency) which will inevitably impact on the early season and rebuild.

For me it looks that for what ever reason the players have stopped playing for BR and repeating platitudes does not help . I just cannot see us getting anything against Villa so as I have said before that will be last game. As for his replacement it is going to have to be someone who has a proven record of operating with a very tight budget but who can also get the best out of some very good players. I reluctantly go for Sean Dyche.
-
I genuinely believe a loss against Brighton & Villa will see BR gone. I think it needs to happen sooner rather than later as he just doesn't seem capable of changing tactics or motivating the squad. The club should also look seriously at replacing the Director of Football . Have never liked JR and I don't believe he is the man to provide Top with the sound advise he needs.

Not panicking yet BUT I do think those running the club are jeopardising the Chairman's legacy of incremental improvement. The Fair Play Rules are not new and should have been anticipated . The atmosphere around the club is certainly the worse for some time. Really really do need a big result on Thursday !!!
