Sitting here in my flat in St Petersburg, Russia. BBC news comes on with presenter at Wembley and I immediately start blubbing. Wifey thinks I'm nuts!

I was living in Vietnam at the time. Watched every game even when the kick off time was 2am. Work was brutal! Managed to see two games at the KP over Crimbo, Bournemouth and Man City, both 0-0! For the final weekend of the season I was in Melbourne on a training course, managed to meet up with a bunch Leicester folk for the Man U game. Then at 5am, getting up to go to the airport, Chelsea v Tottenham on my phone, speaking to my son in England, jumping round my hotel room, screaming, followed by tears at Melbourne airport. Amazing!

Heading off to a bar here in St Petersburg, Russia. My boss (Headmaster) will be there and he's a Saints fan. Need to be on best behaviour. Have fun everyone and let's hope the mighty Foxes smash 'em!

I've torn my ACL. As far as the ACL goes it's either partial or full tear. Sometimes there are injuries caused by the tearing and the mechanism of injury. In my case the meniscus, patella tendon, MCL and PCL were torn too, not to mention vertical fractures in the thigh and shin bones. So, does anyone know the extent of Ricardo's injuries? For the record I struggle to get in and out of the bath 3 years on! 😂
