I think a really good point of comparison is that even on his best day Cooper wouldn't have gotten anything from that game. We'd have sat back, played for a draw, and ended up with a loss.
-
Our defence played like it has all season. The difference was industry and intention in midfield and attack. That's a significant difference. Cooper wouldn't have picked up those points.
-
Both Cooper and Frank Burrows look like they had affairs but the adjective wouldn't have been 'steamy' It would have been more like grubby.

Still in a bit of a funk and don't really want to go down. Head says another humbling.

I don't think he is. He's shown he's capable with the right management. -

In fact I take that back. He was easily better than I remember. Nineteen caps for Holland. How the memory fails you. -

He joined us and looked the business. His career didn't really mirror that though. Ended up what he was with us - good player in a limited league. Very much like a lot of signings of that time. Ryan Smith being another. Though I think Van Aanholt had the better career. -
He can get right in the proverbial bin. The club is operating to price out families, to make it difficult for generational support, and it doesn't have any clear moral compass when it appoints seedy gambling scams as principle sponsors.
-
He's had a dust up with a player, surely. Look at his lip. He's not smacked himself in the chops.
-
For ****s sake why are they obsessed with feedback. What on earth is going on.
-
Yeah I'm aware. My order of preference would be : Potter Moyes RvN We're not attractive enough to poach anymore but I wouldn't be adverse to Daniel Farke. I think his Leeds team play attractive football.
-
Not 100% sold on this. He's done well in positions where you're expecting a half decent manager to do well - PSV is a bit of a gimme and a Man U team facing us twice. Underwhelming at Jong PSV and taking this role on isn't going to be a cakewalk.
-
Yet there will be people ready to stand up and say we've acted early.
-
Brendan Rodgers, anyone?
-
The timing - after an international break, in the wake of a game we weren't expected to get anything from, and not in the bottom 3 - does suggest we've a replacement very much on board, doesn't it? Moyes or Potter I would think.

Massive amounts of security wondering the concourse today - good to know the club are suspicious of the fans.

What situations make Leicester perform better ?

This current iteration? Very few. -
Really? It seems to be escalating in scope - coupled with the Israel conflict there seems to be some real and sustained strife going on that might kick off majorly.
-
What's going on with these ICBMs and the Ukraine conflict. How scared should I be. On a scale of 1 - 10.

Here's a thread from people more qualified than I. It's an attitude of 'I'm tangentially involved in this so I'm going to gatekeep access and engagement with my status' style punching downwards that I cannot bear. Of course, anyone who calls her out on it is dismissed. The attack on a fan for creating a poster was dismissed entirely - it should have just been said to my friends. No; that person had every right to create something that made them happy. That's the issue - not the fact you have been caught out being dreadful.

Right I'm not tired now. She played Tubman a year or few back and it was quite the role to take. During this period she started to make some particularly degrading comments about the African American community. Not quite enough to be outraged in the most but there was one that was particularly unsavoury in that it mocked the American 'ghetto' vernacular. A privileged British actor playing an antih slavery icon mocking the very people she should be representing is pretty poor form. To mock those whose economic privilege is a crutch and barrier even more so. This has happened again with Wicked. That odious little outburst over a poster was completely dreadful. 'They took my eyes' a pathetic attempt at generating pathos as though we're supposed to gasp and reply 'oh no not your eyes how sinister'. What it actually is is another example of punching downwards. Wicked ITSELF is fanfiction - written by a fan for fans. The act of a fan mimicking it's original poster shouldn't have been met with derision from the lead actor. She knew what she was doing - over inflating something in faux rage to try and generate some support. It's a history of punching downwards after securing a role. It's not on. It's spineless and nasty.

He's quick and nimble. That could be ruined. Fingers crossed his age works for him.

They never come back the same after these injuries, either.
