  1. Top just shown on big screen. Good. Let him see what he's presiding over.
  2. Loved the half time flogging of Wednesday's pitch invader. A real show of might from the regime that's sure to deter any other dissidents.
  3. Your god has no dominion here. The King Power lays waste to your petty superstition.
  4. I'm not convinced Mahrez would have the appetite for doing the dirty work in this poor team. Remember - we needed Simmo to go nowhere because Mahrez wouldn't track back. He wouldn't get such competent cover in this team and our defense is ****ing woeful. Great player but Huth edges it because we're so poor defensively.
  5. They referred to a 'new demographic of fan' and 'legacy fans' in some press release recently about the Matchday Experience and it was really revealing.
  6. It's not just the Thais. They want a demographic of tourist supporters paying the premium for a day ticket and merchandise but they haven't quite clocked that we need to actually perform.
  7. Right appointment that we hung on too long with and allowed just a touch too much input
  8. Alienated the core fans trying to speak to a new breed of tourist fans who will only turn up when we're winning.
  9. Unbelievable. Smash and grab.
  10. Used to be but we broke him a couple of seasons back
  11. Better deal than the masses in the cold outside getting barked at about mobile tickets.,
  12. Once again - nft tickets causing issues and endless tannoy messages suggesting it's the supporter issue.
  13. Gets the job done. Kept the HMS Shitshow-on-Mersey afloat and got Burnley to Europe. His football isn't everyone's cup of tea but he definitely galvanises a club and gets it at least pointing in the right direction. I wouldn't have been opposed if we had appointed him at any point over the last eighteen months. Would have been tough watching but don't think he would have done a terrible job.
  14. He definitely refereed the next year in the UEFA cup so must have been a season ban.
  15. That always gets sensationalised in people's minds. It was a terrible, abhorrent display but he wasn't charged with corruption. He refereed in the competition the next season. He may have been removed from later dates in that year's competition. I think that O'Niell raised the corruption remark and it stuck.
  16. Apologies if this has been addressed elsewhere but what's with this new approval system? I've just had a post Hidden that wasn't in any way abusive or untoward. Is there a reason this has happened? Is it random?
  17. This is bang on. The club just need to be made aware of that. Didn't they refer to 'legacy fans' in some odious statement about attracting a new profile of fan?
  18. Forest are a very well oiled side aren't they. I cannot believe that Chris Wood was with us BEFORE we won the league.
  19. Is that this season? Direct it to lcfc via their email channels.
  20. Goodnight or Alves. Let's have a go.
  21. That's us sunk I'm afraid. Nowhere near brave enough in attack and we're not turning that around.
  22. How do you look at Bouanotte against Man City and think 'yeah, we need Ayew back'. I couldn't care less if he's going back to Brighton at any point. This is a game we MAY scratch something out from. We need him on the pitch.
  23. Aye, but they recover well enough.
  24. It's fine to be angry at him - there was an agreement he could move at the end of the season in exchange for a fabulous contract and signing in bonus. He acted like a right piece of work to get out of that. We're fans of the club so that does stink to us. He's not. It does reveal who he is as a person though. There are players who we know wouldn't treat us, or other clubs, like that. It's the knowledge that, inside, he's a bit of a disloyal shit that people are reacting to as much as anything. Your average person doesn't really like that type of behaviour be at it at the heights of premier League football or general life - people don't appreciate weasly behaviour. It's who he is.
