Winks a class above. Special mention to Hamza too

Massive Enzo fan however that results on him. No midfield when KDH and Ndidi went off. No threat in behind when Kel came on. The only question I have with Enzo is his willingness to go to the counter attack/longer balls when leading. This play out from the back at all costs is just costing us as we loose the ball way to deeply. Ah well - still top but this feels like a real missed opportunity.

Akgun has been awful. Positioning and passing utterly horrific

If, and it’s a big if, we get promoted - massive personnel changes required. Not many of this current side are anywhere near good enough for the PL.

Went with a mate who is a reading fan yesterday. Alex Robertson who is on loan from Man City ran the show for Pompey. Wouldn’t mind taking a look at him as a Winks backup.

In my mind a backup is someone that can still come into the team (from the start) and perform at a high level. Hamza, for me, is nothing more than someone to throw on for ten mins when hanging onto a lead. A 4 year deal for that type of player is lunacy. If you think he’s worth that then I respect your opinion.

He played just over 50 premier league games in five seasons. 90 percent off the bench with most being 10 minute cameos. We can, and must, be aiming higher.

This club just doesn’t learn, does it? Decent championship back up but not anywhere near premier league level.

You don't have to charge into tackles to show commitment to the cause and bottle. He is getting into back and forth with the Leeds fans and moaning to the referee every time someone hits the deck. It's about time he shows some maturity and drags this team forward with skill and sheer determination, not acting like a schoolboy that throws his toys out of the pram when mummy calls him home for tea.
