  1. Would hope so, you never know with Rudkin.
  2. Wage structure?! They taking the p*ss?
  3. Are we sure it’s definitely the goalkeeper?
  4. Honestly hope Mavididi starts and has a great game to prove to Cooper he should be starting.
  5. For me Cooper made a comment that concerned me after the Tottenham game, he stated “the fans gave me the confidence to go for it” or something along those lines…. That would explain his Home and away record, he shouldn’t need the fans to dictate how he approaches the game.
  6. Dream signings: ST - Fotis Ioannidis CAM - Bilal El Khannous LB - Quilindschy Hartman Likelihood: ST - Fofana (Loan with obligation) CAM - Bilal El Khannous LB - Ben Chilwell or Sergio Reguilon (Loan)
  7. 100% he will need time to adjust to the tempo of the premier league. But he oozes talent. A lot of comparisons to Ziyech and Taarabt from morrocan fans. He was on my list of targets for this summer, so I’m happy! Dream signing - O’Riley (Celtic) Other options: Nanasi (Malmo) Bilal el Khannouss (Genk) Sergio Arribas (Almeria) Reo Hatate (Celtic) Angel Gomes (Lille) Sammie Szmodics (Blackburn)
  8. I mean he’s coming in still, but Rudkin knew he could get this done, so completed the move knowing if other targets as well as Ayew don’t work out that’s he’s covered himself by getting another body in.
  9. Have they not ruled the move out by saying he wants champions league?
  10. Seems to me this is Rudkin’s safety net incase other transfers don’t work out. Regardless, massive overpay but I think the player himself is a good addition but not as a starter.
  11. Accept a fee of whatever is left on the books, get him gone and get his wages gone.
  12. Could be a good option to get on a cheap this year on loan with a view to permanent next year. But I think we are looking for a winger who can also play in the 10 role, and bring in an out and out striker. I mentioned on another thread I think Reiss Nelson will end up coming.
  13. I think Reiss Nelson will end up happening personally.
  14. Yes. No good for my FM save that.
  15. Honestly I don’t know why it does my head in but it really does . I know they’ve read the threads so you’ve seen me quote what was actually said and people are still like nah must be a 10, can’t be him he’s not a 10! I might start replying to every comment with my original post of what was said to satisfy myself
  16. Winks is no gurantee, a midfield three of Skipp, Hatate and Bou could be class against teams we will go for it against.
  17. Steve cooper never mentioned a 10 will people please stop going off Owynn’s tweet!
  18. It’s what is needed.
  19. I’ll be honest, I listened to the question and Owynn has lied in that tweet. His question was “you said you wanted a number 10 OR someone who can play in the three behind the striker are we any closer” to which Cooper replied with “I hope we are close, but I also thought that last week but it didn’t happen so who knows” In a nutshell Cooper didn’t say we are close to signing a number 10 specifically at all.
  20. He’s not even a youngster no more he’s 25 years old and had a decent run of about 5 games! Genuinely think he’s massively over rated never really rated him.
  21. Yeah that one stings.
  22. How much did Sara go for in the end? Intrigued to know the difference if we bid £13m.
  23. For me I actually think Skipp is a good signing and will form a good partnership with Winks. My problem stems from the desperate need for attacking reinforcements, if we have just spent the majority of the budget on a defensive midfielder, then that’s concerning.
  24. Terem Moffi from Nice would be my choice.
