OK, I’ve been on here defending him to a certain extent, only a couple of weeks ago but I have to confess I have absolutely no interest in ever doing so again. That has to be THE WORST performance I have seen in many years from a single player and I can’t defend him anymore. I hold my head in shame and those who berated me for speaking up for what I previously saw in him I apologise and please let it be known I’ve seen the light and Ive wholeheartedly jumped ship to join you. Every single aspect of his performance today deserves every pelter he’s getting and more.

It mostly is but I’ve seen him have outstanding games for us, most notably the night one against Liverpool at the KP (Pretty sure it was a cup game in which we beat em) a few years ago. He absolutely tamed Salah and that’s no easy feat. But, like I said, he does have it in him to produce the goods…….somewhere…..just not consistently.

Had a poor game last night but there is a good player in there . He's reflective of the whole team, in that every player on the pitch is capable of having an outstanding game at times, but we need all players to consistently have these games at the same time and not the occasional one occasionally and be sh*t the rest of the time.

Anyone gonna have 2 for this? Was due tom be away with work so didn't think I could make this one but things have changed. I know they are still available on the website but ain't a fan of being up in the corners where they are now being sold but will just have to suck it up if I can't find summin else on here. Cheers

Ah, yesterday's Vestergaard and Faes. I remember them well.

Been one of his biggest critics and still think he's utterly useless at what he's supposed to be.....a goal scorer and what he was brought in to do....score goals. But credit where it's due, recently, especially yesterday, he's played well..... just doing everything else he's on the pitch to do..... except score goals. it just puts me in a huge conundrum about where I go with my thoughts and feelings on him.

Couldn't have been easy hearing chants of "Susan's a sl@g olè olè" being sung from some sections of the crowd. Too far for me that one.

According to Google he's played 118 competitive matches for us and scored 23 goals. Considering 4 of them were in the game in Moscow that's 19 in 117. I genuinely can't remember, and I can't even be arsed to look, when he last scored other than pre-season. How have we got ourselves into a position where him and a, nearly as poor, Ayew are our main threats on goal?

Being as close as you can possibly get to the away lot, (Block P and just steps between us and them) I expected more from em. Their support was seriously poor, being a local derby and all that, probably one of the worst I've seen in along time. A good few hundred of us out sang, out jeered and won the banter and rage baiting stakes between us. One bloke in his bright orange away shirt getting irate being told all game he looked like a highlighter pen to get back in his pencil case. You'd have thought by his rage someone had just p*issed on his kids. Weirdo! They became loud at times but really didn't have any answers to "40 years and you've won **** all" I've never known a clubs fans to go so quiet and vacant at a home truth. One of the loudest they got was after the final whistle with "You're going home to your sister" and that was after the final 10 mins where everyone both sides seemed to sense it was going to end 0-0 so turned the attention to each other but they couldn't handle it/us. Even in mass song or chants or personal vociferous exchanges they just didn't have any answers or comeback. All in all a pathetic bunch of tw*ts who looked seriously intimidated and outdone by just a few hundred of us in block P. They just didn't have any answers for what our songs, chants and facts about fairly recent successes by us and about them and their shItty club. I've noticed each home game those of us in block P are getting louder and more vociferous in our songs and hostility towards opposing fans. If Union FS relocated to where we are, right next to away fans, we would have a more intense atmosphere!

I Stand corrected! Whenever I hear or read Ayoze Perez 2 things spring to mind. His and JV's hat trick in the same game but also him wandering around a pitch aimlessly like a crisp packet in the wind. Wasn't his biggest fan towards the end of his time here.

Haha, yeah of course. Everything he's done has been pretty forgettable ever since.

Still can't quite believe he was, along with Vardy the last player to score a hat trick for us. (The 0-9 against Southampton in 2019) 6 years since an LCFC player scored a hat trick. Anyone know when the last hat trick by an LCFC player was scored at the KP and by whom?
