We are in P block around 8 rows from the back and you literally cannot get closer to the away support as it's our seats, stairs and them. Many times we get outsung, out bantered and put in our place. As much as we give, we get more back. But last night was different! They were loud until we scored and they seriously went into their shell and for one of the few times the 50-80 of us that care to give it to them beat them in every way possible. 2 scuzzy women trying to give it large got it back in tonnes and no matter how much they tried were never gonna get the better of us. The banter their lot tried, be it fun or aggressive, were just taken down and the some. Of course plod and their wokeness and low to zero threshold for what is deemed as "offending others' feelings" was there to be seen and they cause more issues than they solve but in general a great night on and off the pitch with bragging rights to our lot in all areas. I'm sure, although we always do and as mentioned above, the standing rails are helping with the atmosphere, even in our part we were loud and on form for a large amount of the game.

Anyone else starting to miss the days of transfers before social media? The first we'd know about a signing was the day they signed. You'd hear a rumour around the ground we were interested in someone and you either heard he'd signed a few days later........or you didn't! Simple really

Wouldn't be surprised if the "Super League" dream rears it's head again in the not too distant future. Once they have driven that wedge further between us and the perceived top 6 we'll all be wanting them gone. It actually feels like footballs' equivalent of Upstairs Downstairs and we are to know our place under the stairs and never question what goes on above whom we mere mortals serve. We stepped out of the parlour 10 years ago and are systematically being put back in our place and punished for doing so. How dare we!

What's the best way to get to the ground from Central London? Is a ball ache of a ground to get to? Is it like Palace where trains are best or what's the nearest tube station to their ground? Cheers for any help/advice.

I and my son stepped onto a carriage on the Piccadilly Line at Hatton Cross (Nr Heathrow) one morning for a Spurs game, only a few years ago. We were in our LCFC tops and as we pulled away the only other person in the carriage said "You're early aren't you?" we laughed, explained why and engaged in conversation. It turned out to be Bradley. Within a minute I knew I knew the voice and then he said who he was and everything fell into place. We moved closer to chat about everything LCFC and he was such a nice bloke, engaging, full of enthusiasm for the club and what he did, and we got the impression he loved being a bit of a celebrity and got a great deal of pleasure out of it and what he did at our club. He also told us a few little titbits, he probably shouldn't have but my young lad was made up at who we were in the presence of. He was down there on "Other business" as he put it, wasn't going to the game and got off at Hammersmith station, with a huge smile and left us in a place where I and my son spoke about him for the rest of our journey and have great memories of him from that chance meeting that day and whenever we heard him at the KP. RIP Bradley and thank you for engaging with us and captivating my young son with your stories on that journey.

This is where I seriously want Rudkin to do what seems to come natural to him and seriously **** this one up too. I'd sing his praises from the middle of the Kop if he could just do this one thing in the same manner he does everything else. Please Jon, **** this up!

I have a mate who in his spare time travels to anything between 2 and 6 games a week, sometimes more. One day he will be at somewhere like Husbands Bosworth FC or Lutterworth Town, 2 days later he'll be in a remote part of say, Norway or Greece or Romania or anywhere really, watching minor league games and then he'll pop up at Bayern Munich or Galatasaray or maybe a Spanish league game followed by some pretty much unheard of non-league teams' grounds similar to Husbands Bosworth or Lutterworth Town in whatever country he is in. Last year he visited 70+ grounds around the world (He also works in aviation which makes it a lot easier) everywhere from a tiny club in the wilderness of Suffolk to The Maracana Stadium in Rio. Apparently it's a "thing" that a group of like minded friends do. They get together and look at what fixtures are on and how many games they can fit in in a certain country (Usually anywhere throughout Europe) over a period of say 3 days. Sometimes timing it to take in 3 games each day, in non, minor and that countries' major leagues. Once the local small club fans know who they are and what they do and how far they have travelled, the welcome and hospitality they get is incredible. Imagine a group of say 10 or 15 Brits turn up to watch your village side play and finding out they came over especially to do it! He's asked me to come along with them. I have to say, I am intrigued!
