I have developed this pathological hatred of Ayew. It just ain't healthy to carry this angst and hate towards someone and I don't know how to get over it! I can't even bare to look at him wearing one of our shirts. Please please please never ever let him set foot on a pitch for us again,! He's easily THE WORST player I have seen in my 45 years supporting this club.

Southampton v Leicester - FA CUP - Saturday 14th Feb 3pm
ElusiveEd replied to beepee1984's topic in Leicester City Forum
Woke up, had a think, got a coffee, looked at my ticket, put it in the bin. Never felt this deflated or disillusioned. Normally can't wait to get on the road to an away game, especially an FA Cup one, but something inside has died. -

Realistic Managerial Replacements
ElusiveEd replied to winteriscoming's topic in Leicester City Forum
I had a text earlier from a lifelong LCFC fan who got the bug from his now elderly aunt who's close to being 80 years old and also a lifelong supporter. He'd forwarded a text from her saying this is the worst she has ever known and has felt towards everything LCFC and even she can't see how we get out of the mess we are in. It's a sad indictment of where we are when even someone closing in on being an octogenarian lifelong LCFC supporter can't remember a time in our clubs history as bad as this. -

Also the only way to get the ground packed again and fans reinvested, re-interested and reinvigorated towards our club. Something that is needed from the stands. NP and AK will always be LCFC heroes but pulling this off would cement them in the Godlike echelons of LCFC history. Fail and it will not reflect on them in any way, the anger will be directed at everyone above them for letting it get to this. -
How Much Does Seagrave Cost Per Year
ElusiveEd replied to Long Eaton Fox's topic in Leicester City Forum
Every single part of this club is on its knees and I genuinely can't see a way out of it. For everything that Seagrave has, and has been to us, it will become a noose around our necks and that tightening will be instant if we go to L1. -

Did you find out about this? I can't make Tuesdays game but my son (16) wants to go and I have suggested his mate (16 also) use my ticket. Does anyone know if he takes a screenshot of the QR code at the bottom of my season ticket game pass on my phone, will that allow his mate entrance to the ground or do I/he have to take other measures to allow his mate to get in under my pass? I have noticed there is a scanner under the NFT device at the turnstiles that looks like it's to scan QR codes but can anyone tell me for certain if his mate will get in with a screenshot of it off my phone? Cheers

Usually on the way from the ground I listen to the post game reaction from Pipes etc, but yesterday, even that was seriously bad. Less than 5 mins in and I tuned out. It was more dreary than the weather and our display put together. Who was it yesterday?

Hearing Robbie Keane is being mentioned within. Head coach at Fenecvaros in Hungary at present Just another name in the hat until anything substantial appears I guess. -
Annoys the hell outta me when he's running diagonally across the pitch and continues going in that direction. He has no clue how to turn even 45 degrees towards the goal whilst the ball is at his feet. Just runs aimlessly in a straight line in one direction. Easily in my top 1 of the worst player I have seen in a LCFC shirt. Utterly clueless! Just get rid ASAP!

What sort or reception will Winks get, if selected tomorrow?
ElusiveEd replied to MGLCFC's topic in Leicester City Forum
The last 3 managers he fell out with...........were sh*t and got sacked. -

Even now I still can't get his Everton away performance out of my head. It's the first thing I think of whenever I hear or read his name. Mentally scarred for life! -
Is that what Ayew drives?
-
Yeah, I do see both sides to this but it's a results based game and jeez, those displays and results under Ruud and the direction we headed extremely quickly would be enough to turn a seasoned pro like Winks as mental as we were going and maybe, just maybe, he was the one who, lets face it, he came from Spurs and England standards, to speak up. But yeah, I do hear ya.
-
I often wonder if Winks was the one to challenge managers over the same issues we have all witnessed, seen, moaned about and protested over? Every one of us has noticed and endured the sh*t players, sh*t tactics, sh*t defending, sh*t attacking, sh*t results under all these managers he's fallen out with. So just playing devils advocate here and putting it out there that maybe he has been the one who has stood up to these managers/club expressing and exposing what we have all been witnessing alongside him which is why he's been deemed the "bad influence" and been exiled....maybe just for being the one who stood up, spoke up and had simply had enough too! Afterall, none of us know the exact reasons why he's been put out to grass by the same 3 managers we've all had issues with Just a thought as I put my hard hat on.
-
I know there are MASSIVELY more important things that require immediate attention but I'd have liked Owen to ask the latest on the stadium expansion from Top/KP's stance. Whilst we all probably know the answer I want to hear from Top/KP on it and if it's been completely binned or there are pre-requisites (i.e, getting back in the Prem) on it still being achieved.
-
I listened to what he's had to say from my natural position of a "I hate everything that's gone on and happened to my club" point of view and also from a "Coach 1, front row, flask filling happy clapper" POV. I know exactly who is going to be galvanised by all this! God help us!
