I usually start OK but miss the first mid-weeks / Champions League match days and fall behind (getting excuses in early!) Same around Christmas / New Year, I sign up for notifications but find them a bit erratic. Must get in the habit of at least entering a preliminary forecast as soon as previous match day has completed.

Is there a FT super six league this year? I joined one a few years ago and it usually auto-renews I think but it’s asking for a PIN this season I’ve kept a lookout on here but haven’t seen anything.

His name is Rego he’s fantastic on the ball, Much more than DeCordova-Reid Who’s frankly done f*** all

Who do you like/rate out of established players

Well I’d struggle to fill a team sheet but would send them out short rather than field those who don’t give a damn, Jakub - But only if he’s staying after training to work on his kicking. Don’t go home until you hit 10/10 accurately. And we lock up at midnight. Ricardo Thomas - He showed at Forest and in the Cup Final that he has the right attitude, I wouldn’t question his effort or attitude just unfortunately his ability ceiling is likely to be lower than what we need to be . Souttar - Would be O.K. In the PL as cover El Khannous Fatawu Mavididi but he needs to believe in himself more, once he knows he can beat his man he’s a different player MacAteer - has something, still would have taken that Sunderland cash though, he may not quite be good enough to feature regularly at the level we.(should) aspire to. A trier though and a goal threat. Not sure about Okoli. Is his agent constantly looking for an exit for him or does it come from him? Treated appallingly though, left out for a clown and a giraffe.. I’d almost give Ayew a fairer go but his sulky reactions when being subbed - when he’s been s*^t - mate, do you want to rewatch the match with us and discuss why you shouldn’t have been subbed? Kristiansen - Seems isolated at the club and doesn’t lack effort but you wonder if him being happier and more free to play as he likes would be worth waiting for anyway. Too early to say (but they haven’t p***ed me off yet) Nelson, Monga, Evans, Page, Alves - I have time for, not established yet, I’d have them in over the others and start to build a new culture where lack of effort does not get rewarded with another start next week -
Oh dear, Tottenham started well, got themselves into a great position but then it went a bit…. What’s the word……Spursey Popcorn and the spurs forum awaits

Tin pot Mickey Mouse tournament anyway.

Ayew serious man

At least in cup games we have that living legend that is Danny Ward for the penalties. Doh!

A pork-quality selection of food on offer! Again isn’t this the kind of things the liaison groups could be involved in rather than just finding it’s changed on the day? Yes, we have bigger issues than the roll fillings to tackle but the principal of dialogue and explanation would be a standard to be met elsewhere in the club. Sounds like it will look and feel different when the full numbers return. Regarding the quiet feel and banks of empty seats is this possibly partly down to having no sponsor? I presume sponsors receive a quantity of seats as part of the package ordinarily?

Vestergaard over Nelson Opportunity for a new start yet the rot remains
-
If I was a young Wednesday player I’d be clutching the opportunity to keep the shirt for the season but still having said that if ours do what they’re capable of we should have way too much for them. City 3 Sheff Weds 0 Ayew,, Bilal, Mavididi

A newbie to digital, I have it in my Apple Pay wallet on my iPhone, it’s just a blue box with my details on, the Sheffield Wednesday fixture showing, is that it? I was expending one of those QR codes .

That’s the line up I’d like with the idea that for the final 20-25 minutes you can switch out the whole front 4 for McAteer - Alves - Monga with Daka up top, give them something new to deal with and fresh legs. Fear he may favour Soumare over Skipp and start Faes though.

Mads Hermansen sold to West Ham - Official
fazzyfox replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
Boo. He was potentially part of our core for a long time, still very young for a keeper and seems a calm character. He could serve West Ham for years, it’s a steal and if we disagree on that and the fee it’s another result of the financial situation and relegation both of which no f***er at the club has spoken about or taken responsibility for. Jakub is good but I don’t think he has quite as high a potential ceiling to his eventual development (I don’t mean he’s shorter!) A sad day for the club, and it’s on the club, they found a talent and have now lost him like a bar of wet soap slipping through their hands. I don’t want their happy clappy noise about Jakub being good, it’s a consequence of mismanagement.- 506 replies

Don’t know if Southampton will be spending more of all that cash they’ve raked in from sales. It’s one game, despite friendlies you’re trying to jump forward from a standing start, I think there will more lukewarm performances this weekend, hopefully not us, momentum is rarely there this soon and it’s a false start anyway whilst the window is still open. 5 or so games and and window closed will give more of an idea. But yeah, they don’t look all that do they !

Classic Ward stance for that one Maybe he thought it was crab football

Sargent is now captain, give him a couple of years and he’ll be Colonel.

Your mood in 10 words? I will be happier when the rotten apples have gone. Where will we finish? 3rd if there are two runaway teams and a points deduction, second if only one breaks away from the pack, it varies year to year. How many points will we be deducted? 8 then down to 6 on appeal. Who will be our most important player? Bilal and Fatawu give us quality opponents won’t handle but I think an organising, vocal CB is crucial, alongside Nelson I hope. Okoli til December then maybe Souttar. Who will be top scorer? A few like Ayew, Daka and Fatawu on 8-13 goals but Mavididi top with 14 What are you most excited about? The youngsters and getting them to bond as a potential core of the side for a new era, Nelson, Monga, Alves, Page, Evans and I include Fatawu, Bilal and Stolarcyk in that even though they’re further down the track with their experience. What are you most worried about? Rudkin making decisions still. What’s one thing you most want to see this season? A change in the communication from board to us. I still haven’t seen or heard an explanation for last season yet. Explain your decisions. Which player is going to surprise us? If Souttar returns to fitness around Christmas I think he’ll surprise people as to what a decent job he can do. He’s better than a lot think. Which player do you most want out the door? Faes won’t want be here so shouldn't be, Vestergaard is not good enough but will need to duck to get through door and Winks as a senior pro should have been around the place encouraging Monga before the Liverpool game. He was in a London park having tea and scones. And that giving up chasing away at West Ham after only coming on minutes earlier? Which one most though…..tough…..Vestergaard he has no place in our future. And I forgot Soumare, we really are a hostel of lost causes at Seagrave. Which player linked with a move are you most desperate to keep? Bilal, slightly more likely than Fatawu after his injury it might be too soon. Will Martí Cifuentes still be the manager this time next year- Yes but we may have interest in him from PL strugglers Leeds or someone in the final third of season.

There won’t be any available in the East Stand from now on? I’ve got a bit of a dodgy stomach, when I need to go, I need to go, removing them is scandalous. Oh sorry, CLAPPERS

A 1 hour bus from Suffolk to Cambridge, 40 minute wait, 1 hour 50 train to Leicester. Often bus replacements though, especially Sundays, and seem to spend hours in Ely station car park questioning my life choices. Way up is a breeze, positive, waking up gradually, start out at 6 to allow wiggle room for cancellations and a couple of hours in Kings Head. Return journey in the winter, if we’ve lost, feels twice as long. Worry about falling asleep, ending up at Stansted, staggering into airport and waking up in Kathmandu

But I would walk five hundred miles and I would walk five hundred more just to see Wout Faes f*** about And to see Pat-son Daka try to score! nanananananananana

Agree with the likes, when he did play he instantly brought mobility to the position, suddenly the gaps between full back and CB weren’t so much of a problem whereas Vestergaard or Coady couldn’t cover ground like that. And he could change Direction without having to apply for planning permission first. He immediately gave his partner, his nearest full back and the keeper some assurance and confidence.

I read in the match thread that there had been a message on the screens regarding Thailand, not an ad like the tourism ones, more of a statement of support (I think)

Good stuff, you’ve filled me with hope and optimism again you b*****ds!
