The whole safety first thing and players taking needless extra touches is mind numbing dull. What happened to first time passes / shots, volleys and being allowed to be instinctive. It’s paying £50-£70 to watch a training drill. I get it when it’s A David vs Goliath trying to get a point out of the game but it’s too common to be just that.

Just me, but personally I think you can divide his time here into two parts, before his injury getting up and down the pitch surrounded by better players and after a kind of luke warm version who has lost all sense of positioning. When the opposition play is on our left side he drifts over to the penalty spot, one good ball and we’re done for. Was better before the injury. But that’s just me.
