  1. Not that many compared to those with the most. 31.
  2. I ****ing missed the fact that there was even a ballot. Didn't get an email letting me know there was one. The club could have at least sent an email out to members with x number of points. I have been checking the website for Membership renewals but it didn't occur to me to check for season tickets. Was there an announcement? Didn't see one in my inbox or on social media.
  3. Grealish is a David Speedie kind of character. You hate him when he pays for someone else, but love him when he plays for you. I'd definitely take Grealish. Would prefer Maddison though.
  4. Difficult call. The 2014/15 kit is a thing of beauty, but I narrowly went with 2016/17 which looks even better, though I find it a bit heavy. I wore our red kit to the Liverpool v Madrid game in a London pub in a sign of red solidarity for the night. It’s got Cambiasso’s name and number on the back. One guy stopped me and said, ‘what a ****ing player he was for you even though his legs had gone!’ He wasn’t wrong!
  5. Dead on. I watched a Youtube video yesterday about non-league footballers who've made it and Steve Walsh is on it talking about the impact Kevin Phillips has had on Vardy, a process that wasn't without frustration apparently. Vardy did used to love smashing it actually, but Phillips drummed into him that many of his goals were first time passes into the net. It was an interesting video actually with players talking about how each league is like a new mountain with regard to the the different levels of technique required to scale each peak. Vardy himself in another video talks about how it took him a season to adapt to the Championship and then another season to adapt to the Premier League. seems like Phillips might have been a key factor in Vardy's development.
  6. Because we're a frothing at the mouth rabid bunch who react first and do logic later. Some of us not even the latter!
  7. Well, of course. But these accounts have only just been filed. So it’s bang up to date in that sense. Palace were always a similar club in stature to us. Look where they are. They haven’t even filed their accounts for the same period.
  8. We made a tidy profit of £92m! Ownership Owned by Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha and his family via his Thai company, King Power International Ltd. Premier League TV rights £121m Uefa Champions League income £70m Sponsorship and advertising £14m Gate receipts £16m Commercial and other income £11m Net debt Not stated; £12m owed to owners, minimal bank debt. Net interest payable £2m Highest-paid director Unnamed, £325,000 (Susan Whelan is the chief executive) State they’re in The season after the title-winning miracle; Leicester made £70m from their run to the quarter-finals of the Champions League, where they went out to Atlético Madrid. The accounts also note the club’s £3.1m settlement of its dispute with the EFL over financial fair play rules, relating to the £21m loss made in the 2013-14 promotion season.
  9. Apologies if this has been posted elsewhere. I couldn't find it after a quick search. Our finances make for an interesting read: https://www.theguardian.com/football/2018/jun/06/premier-league-finances-club-guide-2016-17 Interesting to read about the other clubs too. We're in good nick!
  10. I seem to have a memory of being at a Leicester v Notts County match when Shilton was in goal against us. Rumour had it that he was having an affair with a woman called Tina. Every goal kick he took we substituted the usual 'You're shit' to 'Ti-na-arrrrghhhh'.
  11. I’d sign Grealish. But I suspect Pearson would not have. That probably says everything right there!
  12. Me too. Keeping my fingers crossed that Foxestalk doesn't have any 'tree shaking' commercial deal in place with any bookie!
  13. I selfishly want Fulham to win as I hear their stadium is worth a visit and it's an easy away day for me to get to. Was the last time we played them THAT League Cup game?
  14. It must have been a very temporary thing. When I tried it again just a few minutes afterwards I got the same message as you see now. There looked to be about a few hundred seats available. I’m just a member too. I thought I was about to get very lucky! Not so.
  15. Thought my luck was in a moment ago. I clicked on 'Buy new season ticket' and you can see all the seats which are free and even put them in the shopping cart. Alas, that's all you can do though!
  16. Are you harping back to the 'good' old days?!
  17. By having the old school adidas logo
  18. No Kanté. No league title. He was the key alchemical ingredient that made all the parts click IMO. How many times did he break up play and help us turn defence into devastating counter attack? Definite club legend. He even came back to watch his mates play key games and I'm sure Leicester will always sit fondly in his heart. I would rather have lost Mahrez than him after that season.
  19. I secretly like the feeling of being tucked in. Lovely warm feeling round the kidneys. I met a woman via internet dating recently. She said last week, 'you didn't put THAT on your profile!'.
  20. We're gonna fookin win you doom merchants!
  21. Seeking 1 ticket for Palace away please. I live within walking distance of Selhurst Park, so can pick up on the day easily. Happy to arrange in advance too. Now sorted
  22. Seeking one ticket for this. I live within walking distance of their ground, so can easily pick up on the day. Happy to sort in advance though. Now sorted
  23. I never successfully record goals, but some weird sixth sense was with me on Saturday and managed to capture both of em! Lovely to get such a great view of our gorgeous fans celebrating too!
  24. Plus we owe these cnuts. I still haven't got over this:
