Revisiting Prey after chatting about it on here a few weeks ago. Really one of my favourite games of the last decade. I get Immersive Sim games are a bit niche these days, but this game was massively mishandled by the publisher and wasn't half as successful as it should've been. Shame Arkane Austin were dissolved by Microsoft. Was buzzing for a sequel... Or even a 3rd Dishonored game.

What's it for? Friendly League again? Problem is, the vast majority of players want to be fit for their clubs, so these games end up just being shit international snooze fests. Couple of weeks off the footy for me usually as no way I can be arsed to watch England.

If we'd have binned off Rodgers when we should have I've always said that there was a window of opportunity to approach Emery and it would've been a realistic appointment. This is probably the opinion among the majority of fans and the FT massive are outliers in this respect. Same fans who thought sacking Rodgers after 12 months of abject misery when we were careening towards the Champo was a bit of a knee-jerk reaction.

POV When did POV... I.e. traditionally "point of view" just become a synonym for "here's a video". 99% of videos aren't POV at all. Is this just oblivious TikTok morons? Some stupid meme like adding "Nobody: ..." to jokes that didn't actually need it? Or is it just another case of words losing all their meaning in order to appeal to the all-important algorithm gods?
