  1. A terminally online bedroom ITK desperate for a bit of engagement. Which he now has...
  2. It's true. If there's one person we should trust as a source of information on the dynamics of the highly-secretive LCFC boardroom, it's Ashleypp1986, the former lead singer of Leicester-based covers band BASH and wannabe comedian with 782 followers on Twitter.
  3. What are the club doing acknowledging anything pre-KP era? Take that shit down immediately.
  4. He's not dead mate, he just went to Chelsea.
  5. I have the 15/16 shirt signed by the entire team, which I had professionally mounted and framed with a bronze caption. I also have the programme from the final Everton game which I very nervously produced and asked Vards to sign when I encountered him through work.

    The gym

Decided to get active, currently on week 3 of Couch to 5k. First PT session tonight having thrown myself into it after basically 3 years of sitting on my arse expanding outwards. Time to stop being a fat ****, so looking forward to more inane gym willy puller chat on here in the coming weeks.
  7. Incredible. How does that even get inside the theatre and get rigged up without an insider from the venue? Someone lost their job for the shithousery. Bravo.
  8. We'll hear the outcome of ours first because when 115 Charges FC inevitably get found to have done absolutely nothing wrong next year, the Premier League will be hoping we're already the responsibility of the EFL having being dicked with a ten pointer which sealed our fate.
  9. Ten mill loan fee?
  10. Good old fashioned NIMBYism.
  11. His user profile says it's been a year since he was last on here... I had no idea.
  12. When they say "taking it back", I didn't realise "it" was so small and could be found inside an O2 shop.
  13. "Inspired by the murals and street art seen around the city" The inspiration: Absolutely honking shirt, man. One of the worst ever.
  14. Sorry, but there’s already a well established Venn diagram for football fans and thick-as-pigshit, dregs-of-society. These kind of attitudes have already permeated football just because of the type of people the sport attracts, they’ll just feel more emboldened.
  15. Picture doing the rounds of a couple of patriots throwing up Nazi salutes on the high street yesterday.
  16. Obviously the club pre-screen the questions allowing only the most utterly innocuous ones to be actually put to the managers, but do they allow the fans themselves to ask or or does the media manager do it? Potential for madlad stuff if it's the former.
  17. La Li Lu Le Lo. (I need to replay MGS2)
  18. Does anyone feel like we're witnessing the end of the web as we know it? Every platform is becoming an AI-generated, click-bait, engagement thirsty dystopian hellscape. It feels like the whole internet is basically disintegrating in real time and outside of shopping and certain services, we're just on these tiny little islands surrounded by enormous seas of digital shit. Already it's becoming increasingly hard to discern between what’s AI and what’s real. Bots are all over every social media platform. Chat-GPT-powered modules all conversing with each other. AI-generated websites. Enormous propaganda machines pushing certain political agendas. Facebook and other platforms (ugh) totally overrun with accounts posting absurd AI generated images with captions like "Why don't images like this ever trend" and they have hundreds of thousands of likes and shares. It feels like online spaces for everything will soon become become oversaturated: music, images, news articles, discussions. And we haven't even touched the enormous international content farms and so-called influencers desperately seeking engagement with rage bait and scripted nonsense as well as the total degradation of sites like Google and YouTube to advertising and algorithm based content. Don't get me wrong, there will always be a demand for authentic spaces, but at the same time it's like watching your garden become a landfill. I just wanted to play flash games.
  19. Pizzorno popped up on Tape Notes podcast the other week, recorded in his "The Sergery" studio in our very own county. He talks out of his arse quite a bit, but it's still a good listen (as the series always is) if you have an interest in music production, or just want a deep dive into the creative process from any particular artist.

    FC25

    EAFC consumers every year:
  21. Because Amazon used underhand tactics and workers were effectively threatened with punitive action if they voted for union recognition. "Workers had been told they would get no pay rise this year and would lose benefits if they voted for union recognition." Amazon have a long history in the US of union busting, even being pulled up by the NLRB for breaking labour laws. Their anti-union videos have leaked to the internet. Actual quote: "look out for 'union words' such as a 'living wage'" Amazon are dystopian.
  22. Because they're all on absurdly inflated LCFC contracts relative to their ability. Other clubs not willing to match our salaries + players unwilling to take a pay cut = deadwood running down their contracts
  23. Should be given enormous credit for resetting the culture, restoring pride in the national team and comes across as a genuinely nice bloke. However he should've gone after the World Cup in Qatar. This EUROs was one tournament too far and that much was obvious from the performances which were largely abject. Far too cautious, and England only got to the final because of an absurdly lucky draw. Hope he stays on at the FA in some sort of development role. Go and get Poch.
