The bigger issue is things outside his control like points deduction, budgets, do we have to sell, finances. He could get 40 points but we still go down due the the points deduction which is ultimately down to the running of the football club

Apparently the club were keen for ££££ but Enzo wasn’t , Enzo won that battle.

If Enzo walked it would be concerning as the whole crew who took us down will still be in place with no change of mindset and we’ll probably end up having a Sheffield United type of season. Still that’s for August.

I think Coventry winning is being underrated. They are not a bad team, last home game and no pressure. Ipswich might be nervy and we know how topsy turvy their games are. It would not surprise me if Leeds are still 2nd at 10pm. Obviously I hope I am wrong as it will just mean the more moronic Leeds fans popping up.

Would we accept a 10 year run of being like a Crystal Palace? not doing a lot but surviving year on year but never really improving. Be curious how Palace fans see it.
