Is anybody able to tell me how to reserve both mine and my sons seats online? I’ve left it until the weekend to call and buy my tickets but didn’t realise the phone lines are now closed on Saturdays! I’ve always renewed season tickets and bought cup and away tickets online and our accounts are linked but when I try to reserve the 3 game package i can’t see how to reserve both seats.

I said at the beginning of the summer it was time to sell, his stock will never be higher and this is where we would get a good price for him but then I wanted us to sign Ings as his replacement, now he’s at Villa we’d be better off holding onto Nacho, we can’t risk going into the season with just 2 forwards when one of them’s Vardy that’s nearly 35 and is constantly getting niggling injuries

What if we hold out until January and go in for Tarkowski then. He’d only have 6 months left on his contract

I agree with you that he should start but at the Spurs game when Fofana went off injured we had both Morgan and Amartey on the bench and decided to bring on Mendy and drop Ndidi to centre half which in my mind cost us the game.

Park somewhere off the top of Braunstone Avenue or Sykefield Avenue, it’s a bit of a walk but still only 20 minutes or so

Some interesting opinions in this thread. For me everything relies on Maddison fully recovering from his hip injury. If he gets back to 100% fitness then he’s one of the best players in his position in the league BUT we also need Barnes back fit so Madders can play higher up the pitch without 2 forwards in the way which is when he gets pushed too deep and then gets in the way of Tielemans. I don’t really see the comparison with Grealish, he’s more of an inside left forward so would be competing with Barnes whereas Madders needs more of a free central roll more like Mount.

Maybe to let Daka get used to the English game without the pressure of being “the main man”. It also gives us probably the last year of Vardy as a starter and if we get injury issues we’ve got options of Nacho, Perez, 2 strikers etc then next summer Vardy can become a sun, Daka the striker and a right winger the big summer signing.

What’s the chances of a front 3 of Vardy up top with Barnes inside left and Daka inside right? Might be why we haven’t been linked to any right wingers?

Great thread. I started going in the late 80’s during the Pleat era and was somehow hooked! My dad and uncle kept taking me and I couldn’t understand why they were so grumpy! The came the Little era and everything changed, I hardly missed a home game until 2008 and went to loads of away games until my son was born and I gave up my season ticket as I worked 5 - 5 1/2 days a week and didn’t want to miss him growing up. I went to a few games each season and his first game was the QPR game at the end of the great escape, then my youngest sons first game was the Newcastle game the season later when we won the league and they’ve both been hooked ever since, we’ve got our season tickets back now and they love every minute of it!

If we can make a profit I wonder if there are any older keepers knocking about either out of contract or going cheap that could sit the bench for us for a year or two a bit like Mark Schwarzer did a few years ago. That way Iverson can still go out on loan and play 40 odd games a season to gain experience and then come back in a year and be our number 2 ready to fight for the number 1 spot a year after.
