I assume it would have to be based on the previous season's positions? How could they compile the fixture list otherwise? Is the suggestion all these games are played in 1 match week? The more answers I get the more questions I have.
Even that would give an advantage when teams dramatically improve or deteriorate. Spurs fans would have lost their minds in 2016 (ok so they did but it would have been worse).
Not to my knowledge, the only way I think it could work is if it were 2 games per club in the US against the same team. There are problems with this too though as in order for the games to be additional you need an extra 2 clubs and then you're back to a 42 game season.
Just a bit, it surely can't be that big a problem. Do touts really buy season tickets and if an individual does sell their ticket to a couple of games does it matter?
This has probably been said/asked before but is the clubs motivation to ensure it's the ticket holder who is getting in and resells go through the club?
I think that top was to garner fan support to put pressure on Rudkin for a new contract. I suspect Kel's agent isn't particularly busy answering calls about him.
It's worth remembering that we'll be receiving payments for Fofana, Barnes and Maddison for some time yet and the full fees won't have offset losses to this point so the ongoing situation isn't as bleak as it might seem.
30 points looks like being enough to stay up this season, given we probably won't be the only ones having points deducted, and if say we get a 10 point deduction, surely getting 40 points from 38 games is an achievable target.
Great for 1 month in 5 years when no one was allowed to watch him.
His attempt at a finish yesterday was like a middle aged man trying to score playing FIFA.
