You know your kid best but he's got one hell of an attention span for his age if he'll get through over 2 hours in the ground. My experience of taking my nephew at that age was he wanted to go home after 20 minutes because he couldn't play. He's mid-twenties now and still a fan so not all bad. Good luck though, always a magical experience to take your kid to their first game.

Any ethnic minority fans in the 70s and 80s would have been put off attending games by the awful culture in grounds. TV supporters are far more likely to follow the big clubs when we would have only been on tv for half a dozen 10 minute slots per season.

This may well have already been said but Forest being deducted 6 points would put them in the frame for legal action by us as they only finished 4 points above us. Getting £50m each from 2 clubs would be easier than £100m from 1. The argument that this is in place to protect the big 6 is a tricky one for me, at some point the drawbridge had to be pulled up to avoid the Portsmouth '08 situation, our own under Peter Taylor and quite a few others, it can take decades for clubs to recover from 1 season of a big gamble to get survival that fails.

Would you rather we kept him until the end of the window (see Fofana) and get £50m, maybe less because we'd be desperate to sell at that point with a year remaining on his contract, and miss out on Hermansen, Winks, Mavididi.....

Listening to Simon Jordan on Talksport, Forest might have a case for the appeal based on the Brennan Johnson transfer, whilst it was outside the accounts window for the season, the delay in sale was for sound financial reasons and may be taken into account. It would reduce the losses they can make this season however.

Hopefully they'll both start on minus points next season.

Not the most successful but really important in raising the profile of the club. By anyone's standards he is an absolute gentleman, hoping for a miracle.

It's a star jump to make you as big as possible, KS did it all the time. The player shooting is well inside the six yard box, anyone can be made to look bad from a screenshot, I dare say KS would have looked ridiculous from the initial header across for the Deeney goal.
