Development/Youth Squads 2024/2025 Thread - U18/U21

The unique thing about Monga is whichever wing he plays on he leads on the opposite foot. So at right wing he takes the ball as if he's left footed but will go in or out and cause uncertainty for the defence and then at LW he'll predominantly use his right foot (which is his slightly stronger foot i believe). Mesmerising talent. -
ALISSON SANTANA TRICKS ARE FREE FUN AND SUNSHINE, THAT'S ENOUGH FOR TEFLON JON.
-
Left footed right winger, end product massively raw but he's their biggest talent. Given how much we supposedly scout Brazil it's about time we made a move.
-
Our wingers aren't exactly expected to remain out wide anyway.
-
Will be comfortably under £15m as well and is represented by an agency we previously used to pretty much be at their beck and call.

Brandon Cover - loan to Fleetwood Town

Bloody hell mate it's not that deep. I said he doesn't look happy, whether that's performances or anything else, he cut a frustrated figure last night. I'm one of Braybrooke's biggest fans in recent years and I find it almost unthinkable he's not yet made it but football can be volatile. I don't want to see him stagnate at a level he's much superior to, he needs 1st team football. You possibly know him so I'm glad he's not unhappy beyond performances on the football pitch, a loan move to a club that have links to us like Davies and Petty at Birmingham or Sormaz at Barnsley would he ideal. -
Absolutely staggering.
-
Of course but thr reason i quote that is it probably takes a new ownership to change the structure below it. If Top and his family are strong enough to make massive strategic changes then I'll support them, if they don't then they leave me no option but to support a change in ownership.
-
I honestly don't think it does, loads of other teams manage to do it extremely well.
-
Whilst we need at least 3, I'd be surprised if we get 1. If so, hopefully this is the last transfer window under the current structure and ownership. Time for change.

Plenty to like about him. If he could sharpen up his first touch then I think he's got the all round game to make it to at least the lower leagues. Holds it up well, strong presser and hard to get the ball off. -

Cutting a very frustrated figure playing U21s football in the games I've seen. Hands on his head the entire lapt round the pitch as he went off on 60 mins. We need to get him another loan to League One or Two, he's so much better than this level at his age. -
Was at the U21 game tonight at Seagrave so presume this isn't quite done yet.

Yes same, whatever's on the table really. Anyone associated with LCFC tonight would realise it's pointless keeping him here for the rest of this season as we aren't going to use him and he doesn't seem to be happy. -

He needs it as well. Looks so frustrated playing for the U21s, he's stagnating which I honestly didn't see happen with him. Needs a League One club like Barnsley or something. -

Yes, Evans was equally as impressive and Briggs looked excellent when he came on. I really like the look of Aluko who played LB but usually plays RB i think. Page is a classy attacking midfielder but he drifted in and out the game. -

This suggests those already been on loan this season that also played that Papa John's game for us can go on loan again ala Braybrooke? -

Missed the goal as my son needed a hot dog but he's been unbelievable. Alves is here, so not sure how close his move to Cardiff is. -

Any ideas if you're allowed in the U21 games after kick off? Traffic is horrendous. -
Saudi 😂😂😂😂😂 I suspect they'd be truly baffled by his 300mph waffle he comes out with.
-
Hopefully send Coady packing.

Was a possibility as recently as the last week or two from what I was told. Would have been ideal too.
